The seminar was great. It was more than I expected. The instruction was well organized and top notch. I purchased the book that was very good, but I needed someone tell me if I was doing it right. The hands on instruction clarified all aspects of the throw as well as betting to me. Having an instructor critique my throw from beginning to end improved my throw by the end of the seminar. The other part of the seminar concentrated on how to bet, by which I was lacking in. The math of the game, House edge, odds, come bets just to name a few were covered and very helpful to me. I highly recommend taking the seminar it was well worth it. My first outing at the casino after the seminar will be my next post.
Dominator and Crew thanks for everything.

My friend had played craps for years and took some classes from another craps group. However, his typical betting method was to bet $1,000+ to $1,600 across all Box numbers, even on random rollers. He really needed help on his betting method. I also observed his grip and throw would really benefit from a Golden Touch seminar. I made a few small suggestions over time – like, “Maybe you should wait a few rolls before going all in, just to make sure it’s not a short roll”. He listened, but old habits die hard. Even when I’d get the dice and have a good roll, he would, at best, break even, since he would albready be down $6,000+.
So, to the Open House we went. Of course, my friend had heard of Golden Touch – we are the best known group out there. But neither he nor his other friends had ever seen what we do during a seminar. Now, I warned him, if we got to speak to Dom, “Dom’s a straight, unvarnished, no nonsense speaker.”
We walked into the Open House, and his eyes got big. He had never seen or heard of any other group doing what he saw. The other groups have 1 or 2 “experts” to “teach” all of their students in any one class. At Open House, my friend saw 8 to 10 GTC instructors working with no more than 3 students each. There were practice stations and craps tables everywhere, one with video recording devices strategically placed. My friend was overwhelmed.
At one point, Dom came by to talk to us. I introduced my friend, and my friend said he had worked with Joe Blow and started to explain what Joe Blow did. Dom stopped my friend and said, “I don’t want to hear about f—ing Joe Blow. I know Joe Blow and all those other guys. And I have nothing to say about what they do. Most are nice guys. But none of those guys have been backed off a table, none of them have been banned from a casino, and that should tell you about their game and what they have to offer. Here, we teach the only and right way to beat the casino – like nobody else does. Glad to have you. Hope you’ll join us sometime.” I was thinking, that’s my Dom – never fails. Made me proud.
I walked my friend over to Dr Crapology for a sample of quality GTC instruction. And, like Dom, Doc did not disappoint. When we left, my friend was blown away by what he saw.
On my next trip to Vegas, my friend likewise invited me to visit with his instructor. I heard he collected coins, so I took him a graded Morgan Silver dollar as a gift. It was just a practice session. Even so, my friend really needed correction in his grip, but that didn’t happen. They asked me to take the dice (they all knew I was Golden Touch), so I did. I was the only Stick Right there. I had a 31 roll, zero craps numbers. I wasn’t trying to show off, just did what I learned from GTC. I don’t recall anyone having even a 20+ roll, but I was more interested in what corrections were being made by the instructor – not much. Everyone was polite and friendly, as was I.
Indisputably, no one else teaches craps and everything about it like GTC. We are all blessed to have such a great group of instructors, and I look forward to my next class. I hope to bring some friends.
