I figured that I would share something that I learned from my Divorce Care class since I touched on it in other post (anger about waiting for a person who no showed).
Simply put if you are:
Hungry
Angry
Lonely
Tired
Any of those, or combination there of, are an indicator that you should stop whatever you are doing (or thinking about doing) and sleep on it. I am constanstly re-learning this lesson over and over again, but being at least aware of it is half the battle. I hope this helps.
