Just wanted to share my last two sessions for the summer.

I had to head out to do some small cabin repairs so I stopped by one of the nearby casino’s the night before. Upon arrival the all the tables at the casino were packed so I would take a walk around the casino and get an energy drink and watch some tv at the bar and check back every 30 mins. I got my favorite spot. After 2 PSOs, it took the 3rd hand to adjust to reaction of the table, soft bouncy on micro is not my favorite, this table needs more rotations and I opp for a higher arch, closer to the wall. Even just any off with your throw and it will turn random. Many of c-fers were not making the 5 count. The box man had zero tolerance on missing the back-wall and players calling late bets, I thought maybe I would get a little heat from him, but when he saw me tipping, setting quickly and abiding to the hit the back-wall he let me be and at the end he says "Hey you should consider charging the other players to bet on your roll!" I didn’t realize it but a couple of young guys came up to me and told me they were nearly wiped out and was able to come back on my roll. Feeling a little nervous about the attention I replied "It was just my lucky day, no need to thank me." Even though it was a winning session I did noticed 3 out of the 5 throws were controlled, the 2 that were random were in my favor.

I had a sleep over Saturday night party so I planed to drive to a near by casino on Sunday the next day since it was only an hr away. The next day I headed out to the casino, I love the reaction of this casino it is neutral and you can hear that sweet sound which is soothing to the trained dice controller’s ear The problem is that this casino use to have three tables and now is down to two tables and only one was opened, when I arrived at the table, it was crowded and I did my routine of walking around, getting an energy drink at the bar or go to my car and recline and take a short nap or meditate to some soft music. Finally after 3 hrs, I watched one player who was making silly prop bets and as the table got cold the players were leaving, I took SL2 at first and slid over to SL1. There was a guy 3V setting with the 4s on top and launching the dice without the back swing. I knew immediately he did not learn from a GTC instructor by looking at his betting, tipping and the launch in place. Even though we both had different techniques we respected each others space and followed some common rules. He tried to ask me some direct questions at the the table but I told him that I don’t discuss those things at the table and if he wanted to chat about it would have to be at the bar or in the coffee shop. It took about the 4th hand before I was adjusted to what I needed to do the get into nice consistent throw. I don’t count my throws I mainly like to track how much am I losing or winning per hour from the time I buy in to the time I color out. This session was winner and the throws look so sweet and the hard-ways were coming out more often and on the CO roll I set it for the 7 set and hit it 5 times in a row.
All and in all these last two session felt good. It really felt good to just to stick to the plan (Come/PL/Odds Betting, the 5 count, the position, the focus, the tipping and playing tables I have experience with) it puts together everything I learned from being a Primer to an Advance Student. Now I am packing for my all inclusive trip to a beautiful beach paid with my winnings for labor day relaxing from both the job and my dice control adventures. Looking forward to seeing my friends at the tables in the Fall.

I love the discipline of waiting for your spot to open.
Just a great read and well written.
Have fun on your well deserved vacation and the "at a boy" you are giving yourself for a job well done!
