I’m starting to see improvement in my game since the AC seminar. It’s starting to come together. Practicing almost every day. Really excited about my game. Thanks GTC. What I’m having issues with in practice and on the tables I think is my arm swing. I’ve gotten a lot better at hitting my target on the table but I feel my dice are hitting the wall and the table hard. A lot of energy on the dice. On microfiber it’s worse. I’m seeing at least 3 to 4 rolls of the dice on the table after they hit the back wall. On my practice rig at home from time to time at least one of my dice will roll off the table. My rig is similar to the ones we used at the seminar. I know its in my arm swing. I can feel myself muscling the swing. Dice have a lot of energy when they hit. Really having a hard time relaxing the swing. Any advice on how to get a more relaxed arm swing? How to slow down the dice?
Thanks,
Gilby

Yes, maybe your backswing is too long. You are going to see more action on the dice on a micro fiber table top.
When you say that your rig is similar, is it 1.5 inches thick where the dice land as ours are? If not this could be why you are going off the table. Another thing could be that you don’t have enough height on the dice to remove the energy as they land. Chances are that both length of backswing and height are giving you more action

Thanks for the advice. I will give that a try during practice.

Thanks for the advice. I just feel like my arm swing is tight. I can get the dice to land soft. Swing just not smooth yet. I know it can be done I just have to practice more. I will focus more on what you said on my back swing and work on getting the dice a little higher off of the table. Again thanks for the support.
Thanks,

P.S. Count me in for AC in April.
