I was in Vegas from Friday until the following Thursday. I did play on Thursday after driving from Los Angeles, but left Thursday without playing at all.
I’v already posted about my best roll, a 56 where I hit the ATS twice on the same roll, and one of the DIs I had met told me that roll got him even, as he had been down from earlier rolls. Turned out he later hit the ATS himself before going home, so I hope he was a winner this trip.
Some summary numbers for the total trip before I discuss some days in greater details. I rolled the dice myself for 1,102 individual rolls for the six throwing days. That’s an average that more than the rolls I do on my tossing rig I have in the Condo in Los Angeles. I had 286 comeout rolls, most of which were with a seven set. I didn’t use the seven set, except for my initial throw on the 56 roll.
84 of the CO rolls were 7/11 winners and only 23 of them were CO craps 2,3,12.. Expected would have been 63.6 winners and 31.7 losers so you can see that my CO rolls were a lot better than expected.
For what’s it worth 87 of my points were 6/8, 67 were 5/9, and 48 were 4/10. The spread sheet I input my rolls into doesn’t calculate how many of these points I converted into winners.
My SRR on my 814 non CO rolls was only 6.07 (134 of the 816 non CO rolls were SO).
I’ll talk about individual days later.

I have one nagging question; how in the world do you track all of these rolls with this much detail and not lose your focus? Do you write every roll on a piece of paper as you roll?
I track rolls with chips but it is usually all I can do to just keep track of how many rolls and that is without tracking which numbers I hit, how many come-out paydays, PSO’s, etc. I am really curious how you track all of this and maintain the focus that our skill requires.
I am certainly not trying to sound critical or anything. I would love to have that much detail on my casino rolls I just can’t figure out a way to do it.
Thanks and keep up the great reports.

At the end I put my chips in the rail and enter my chip total. Points made I circle the number entered
For my rolls, i enter each die separately, still circle winning point numbers when made. Summarize after each roll, it part of my routine so isn’t distracting to me.
Sometime later, I input my results into a spread sheet that produce the results I use to post from. The excel sheet for these 6 days is 31 pages of excel date that I print.
Been doing this for as long time. I have excel file going back to the first time that casinos were in Tunica.

One table was open and it was less than half full so I played and rolled three times. First roll was only 4 and I started out with a CO 7. Set an 8 as the point and then rolled a 10 and seven out so I lost a little..
I had bought in when the previous shooter had made a point and the table emptied out after he finished a roll that I lost a little on, so I got the dice right back. My next roll I came out on a 6 which I made two rolls later. After throwing a craps, I set the 4 as my point. Never rolled the 4 but had a total roll of 19 before I SO. Four people joined the table during my roll.
I was on a CFer had a roll of 19 and I am now ahead. The next CFer has a roll I make a little on and then I have a roll of 9 that I make a little more on. The CFer after me seven outs when I made my first bet, a come bet, so I win one red. Next CFer has a decent roll but I break even on my bets and I leave up a high double digit amount.
After we check in at our hotel I get my spot at the table. Lose two reds on the shooter that I first bet on. I have a roll of 10 that starts out with a CO seven and don’t collect anything else on. Lost almost all I won at the previous casino.

You are calculating your SRR on a mix of sevens (Come-out and Seven-out). Not valid.
But you did well in your wins.

I changed table and rolled 7 more times and lost in total on my own rolls a high double digit amount but caught 3 rolls in the 20s from others and was up more than I won on the way into Vegas.
Saturday morning there was only one table open so I walked across the street where Sally usually could find a 100 play penny 9/6 JOB VP machine. We grabbed a quick biscuit for breakfast.
The single table open had emptied while we got a bite so I got SL1 on a $5 table. My first roll started with two craps tosses and then a point of 6. Eight rolls later I had the seven out with my only collected being on the one 8 I rolled.. Second hand wasn’t quite as bad came out on a 5 and 4 rolls later made it. Next CO was the 10 and I had 3 six/eights before the second out but loss less than the first roll.
Third roll of mine after two rolls by other was 30. Made points of 5, 8, 6, 8, 9, and 10. Won mid 100s and after another shooters roll of 3 that I didn’t have a bet on I called it quit winning a Benny at this casino. Walked back to my casino and after relaxing for a while shot six times. First three times were shots of 4,3,3 with no points made. Next three times were better, 8, 7, 14 making single digit on the first two and mid double digit win on the last one. CFer shot roll of 4, 7, 8 and I lost a little on two of them. I’ve given back a little more than what I won earlier that morning.
Met a DIer and his wife at a sister casino of where we were staying. We were able to get to a partially full table. He was SL1 and I shot from SR1. My rolls were 7,3,2, 12, 4, 7 and 2. His were 5, 10, 2,4, and 10. The other shooters were 7,8,3,9, 7, 3. I only bet on three of the other shooters and brook even on one, lost single digit on one and won single digit on the other. I made single digit on one of the DI’s roll, broke even on one I, lost single digit on one and lost low double digit on the only other one I bet on.
I shot one time an another casino across the street from where we were staying and won a benny and some one with a roll of 18. Had two CO craps, two winning 7s, and made points of 10 and but couldn’t make the second point of 10 I rolled. Table filled up on me and I left without betting on anyone else.
We had something to eat there and then went back to where we were staying,.
Later in the day I rolled from SR with a roll of 18 winning a little more than I had across the street earlier. Made points of 4, 10, 4 and couldn’t make my point of 8. I rolled thrre 6s that I collected on but no 8s on that roll except for my last CO.
Followed that roll with rolls of 9 that I lost on, 14 and 13 that I won on, then 8 that I loston. I was up another benny pn that time shooting.
After supper I shot again where I was staying and had roll of 4 and 15 and won some but lost more on betting on other shooters.
That complete my first full day where I rolled 228 rolls over 23 times with the dice. I had 9 double digit rolls and a SRR on that days of 7.00 on non CO rolls where I was not setting for a seven, i.e. using a HW set.
More will follow.

My DI friend had a roll of four so I lost some more. I then followed with a come out 4, a crap, and SO. So I lost again. The DI had a roll of 6 and I lost more. I finally had a roll of 19 and was in the black here. Had a craps, made points of 6 & 8 and CO on 10 that I couldn’t make. The Di had a roll of 24 making a point of 8 three times and rolling three CO winners so I won a high double digit amount.
I had a PSO. The DI had a made point of six with a roll of 8 and I lost more I had a Co 8 and two rolls later a SO. I later had a roll of 14 which brought me partially back so I was only a mid double digit winner when we called it quits.
I went across the street from wher we were staying and had a roll of 18 that I won a low double digit on. The table had filled up so I called it quits.
Later in the day I rolled 10 different times where I was staying with rolls between 3-16 and overall lost a mid double digit amount. Noting special to talk about for any of those.
Sally had found a 2 cent Ultimate VP machine that had a random multiple when you paid an extra amount. Pulled two to a Royal and had a 11 times multiple on it when she hit it so she was happy.
More to come about the last three days of my trip,
Noah

The 21st started out for me with me meeting three DIs down on the southern edge of the strip.
As we were driving down we saw the nicest rainbow, a full 90 degree arc, that I’ve seen in a long time. They were already at the table when I got there. Two at SR and one at SL and one other person at straight out SL. SL was throwing and I got in on a break but didn’t get a bet down.
My first roll was a PSO with the 10 as the point. The other person had a roll of 10 and I lost some more. The DI had a roll of seven and I lost a come bet with double odds. The female DI had a roll of 5 and I lost another bet on her. The DI next to me had a roll of six and I lost a red on him.
I had a roll of 27 starting with a CO nine that it took me 11 rolls to make. Next roll was a CO 4 which I never made. I did roll all three parts of the ATS when I made the 11 on my next to last roll. I recovered about half of my previous losses.
The non DI at the table had a three. The the DI had a roll of 9, starting out with three sevens before setting the 5 which he didn’t make.I lost a single digit on him.
The Mrs. DI who followed had a roll of 6. The DI at SL had a roll of three.
I followed with my 56 roll which I posted about earlier and won’t repeat here other than to say I made all three of the ATS twice and was one number away on the S & T from making the ATS three times. The four digit win was the largest individual win I’ve had in several years.
We colored up and each had to be some other place.
We were changing hotel so whe back to our hotel. My spot was open and I had rolls of 3, 4, and 7 all of which were losers and I lost a benny. Went to the room and checked out and moved to the sister property.
After checking in at the new hotel, I found a spot at a table and had rolls of 11 and 15 and recovered 3/4th of what I had lost my previous roll. Only made one point each of those rolls. From there it turned nasty, Had a roll of nine for a small win, and then rolls of 2, 5, 4. Then a roll of 13 that started with a 7, followed with a point of 8 made right back then a point of 10 that I didn’t make and was a loser on the roll. Another roll of 13 that I made the point of 8 on twice and won a little on. Had rolls of 11 and 3 before giving up and calling it a night.

Drove down and parked at the strip at one of the casinos my card gave me free parking.
Walk south through casinos until I find a nearly empty $5 table. Buy in on a point being made win a low middle amount on the rest of the roll. I shoot a roll of 11. Start off with two sevens, point of 6 which I make followed by two natural winners and a point of six which I don’t make and I won two bucks. Table filled up and I moved on.
Went to the casino that has stools at all the tables without me having to ask for one. First roll was only four throws and I couldn’t make my point of 6. One roll of 3 that I didn’t bet on and then a roll of 10 that I lost a little on.
I followed with a roll of 13 that I made the point of 9 twice but couldn’t make it the third time. I’m positive on this casino now. I group of three young men had come in but only one of them rolled He had a roll of 9 but didn’t throw any winners for himself. . I won two bucks on him and had a roll of 12 myself and then walked away with a small win on making one point and one natural winner.
Moved across the street and pass several casino until I found two table, one $10 that was fairly full and a $15 that was empty.. I got in on a roll of 32 that I made over three bennies on. Then I had a roll of 15 making one point, the 9, and coming out on th 8 which I couldn’t repeat and won half a benny.
After cashing out at that table I came by another table ask asked then to let me play it at $5 until somebody else showed up. I had rolls of 4 and 13 before someone else showed up and I cashed out down a little.
Next casino I stopped at I played a $10 table. First roll was only 7 but I had thee CO 7 before then set a 6 that I rolled back in two rolls before setting a 9 which I didn’t make. Next roll was a 13 and I started with two CO7s , then came right back to make my point of 9 in two rolls before having a point of 8 I didn’t make. I won a single digit amount here.
I stopped across the street at the small casino and had rolls of 4, 7, and 3 and lost over a bennie.
Tables were all $10 and I couldn’t put anything together with rolls of 9, 3, 12 , and 5 and I lost a little over a benny.
Drove back out to our hotel and I had rolls of 9, 9, and 4 which were all losses for me.
We did take time off to see a movie since the casino wasn’t making any money.
More to follow.

Continue with throws of 8 and 5 on which I lose more. Finally put together a roll of 27 making a points of 8, 6, 6, 6, and CO on a four which I can’t make. I have recovered what I loss and am up mid $200 and call it quits on what is now an almost full table.
After a break we go to the original casino we were at, and I’m back with a toss of 2 on a point of 6. Next roll a point of 4 which I make followed by a point 9 that I make but can’t make the 4 again.
Overall a roll of 24, which puts me up over a benny.
Took breaks through the day and sometime found a table I felt like playing. Overall this day I had 44 comeout thows and had 10 CO wins and 5 CO losses. Made 9 points and 20 points not made. Had an average roll of 8.45 and a SRR from the hardway set of 6.15. Total losses for the day was almost two bennies but I came home with ocer 5 bennies more than a started with.
Over all I threw the dice an average of 8.22 per roll with an SRR from my non seven sets of 6.07. Will probably not be back at the table until early December but have a throwing station in our condo to practice on. The DIs I met had 23 throws and other shooters had 146 rolls.
Hope you found the reports interesting and informative.
