first week in vegas

Spread the love

ended up the first week in las vegas in decent shape. Couple of rolls over 30 and certainly
some short rolls. One casino has the repeat bet which is an offshoot of the original repeater. you can
place a bet that covers the 2-6…. hit 2-2,s 3.3 4-4 5-5 or 6-6 and you win.

I tend to repeat on a good roll, and this has been some fun.

had a very good month in vegas, first week was a loser, but I was playing tired, trying to play in betwwen
long days with the grands kids…big mistake

then I had a 15 day winning streek with a number of high teens and low 20 rolls, and finished with a nice 50
with 8 pass line winners.

The biggedt thing I got out of this period was the reunderstanding that we are not the same from day today. we
change, the table changes and certainly the dice change. Each time we hit the table we need to make little
adjustments, maybe the set, where we land the dice, something. It is so easy to win and then get back to the table
and bet like crazy expecting the same result as the day before only to dig a hole.

Vegas has several real nice tables and if you look you will find the ones that best fit your toss and stick with those.

gman please explain or some one I don’t understand it . I it all the hard ways plus the 12 ???
Also what does the pay out look like ?
Glad you had 15 winning days that is GREAT .
That also is a lot of playing .I get to play 2 or 3 times a year for 2 or 3 days at a time . Playing that much you can not bet CRAZY .iF i WERE YOU i WOULD DECIDE THE BEST WAY TO BET ON YOURSELF AND STICK WITH THAT NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS .
Crazy bets may drive you Crazy if you do that to many times .
I have had my grand child for last 3 weeks so no casinos .
She is a lot of fun for 2 1/2 .
Good Rolling. 🙂 🙂

I think this might be the repeater bet. Although I wouldn’t bet on it. (Pun intended)

Odds Payout HA
Repeating “2” or "12" 2X 48:1 40 for 1 18.4%
Repeating “3” or "11" 3X 63:1 50 for 1 21.9%
Repeating “4” or "10" 4X 80:1 65 for 1 19.8%
Repeating “5” or "9" 5X ~100:1 80 for 1 ~20.8%
Repeating “6” or "8" 6X ~112:1 90 for 1 ~20.4%

Edit: I believe that it is supposed to be bet on one or the other number as in if you bet on the "6" that would have to come up six times to win not a combination of "6"s and "8"s.

the repeater bet is offered at only one table that I could find …that pays only on the 2,3,4,5,6
and it also has the fire bet.

you get $40 for two 2’s and up to $90 for six 6’s for each dollar you bet. A $5 bet covers
them alI .

I saw one guy that hit all of them plus the 5 point fire bet. Now for some reason he had not bet the
repeater bet….that was silly.

On a good roll you never know which number will be that signature number for that roll, but there
will be one or two you hit more than others.
I am not sure what the HA is on all the numbers and I don’t really care, I can beat this bet, and did
on my trip. I don’t think this bet will last very long at that casino.

One thing that was interesting is though I did visit a number of casino’s I saw only two where people
were consistently winning the fire bet or other bonus bets, and they also in my mind had the best
dice and tables.
