I have a friend that is retiring, selling his house and moving to a warmer climate. He has a real craps table in his rec room and believe it or not the real estate agent and his bride believe that the craps table in the rec room will not add value while showing the home to prospective buyers! How could they feel this way?
Anyway this table is a standard 12′ real casino used craps table that has a new felt and his wife says it must go. He CAN NOT and WILL NOT crate and ship it so if someone within driving distance of the Seattle metro area doesn’t have a spouse or real estate agent that is as unreasonable as his are please contact me and I can broker the sale. He has not set a price but I’m sure that it can be negotiated to a VERY reasonable level, for a quick sale because of said spouse and real estate agent.
You MUST be willing to pick it up and for those of you that have never dealt with one of these they are big and heavy even though it is only a 12′ table. A mini van won’t haul it and neither will a pick up truck. It will need a box van or flat bed truck to do it properly. The real table decks are a solid 12′ long, 4′ wide, 1.5" thick piece of wood and the rings that go around them are bigger than 12′ long. The real tables break down into 5 pieces, 1 ring, 1 table deck, 2 legs and a cross bar connecting the legs.
