Found this picture of the opening day, thought it was interesting that the guy shooting dice is a GTC Practitioner. I don’t know who it it is, but the shot looks like ours, although it can use some practice.

Lake Charles, Louisiana soon will have a premier casino-resort on its picturesque shores. The Golden Nugget Lake Charles, one of now five Golden Nugget properties, is slated to open its doors in December 2014.
A two-hour drive from downtown Houston, the Golden Nugget will boast luxury rooms and suites, a scenic golf course, award-winning restaurants and, of course, an exciting casino floor.
"The hotel and casino will feature 740 luxury hotel rooms and suites, an 18-hole golf course; a world-class spa; extensive retail options; a number of Landry’s signature restaurants – including Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse, Landry’s Seafood, Saltgrass Steak House, Cadillac Bar, Grotto Italian Ristorante, Claim Jumper and Lillie’s Noodles, Asian Cuisine & Sushi; an 18,000-square-foot ballroom; 30,000 square feet of meeting space; a one-of-a-kind pool; and private beachfront and marina," said Tilman J. Fertitta, chairman and CEO of Landry’s, the Texas-based restaurant and entertainment company that owns the Golden Nugget Lake Charles. "(There will be) an innovative casino floor featuring 60 table games, a state-of-the-art poker room and 1,600 of the newest slot machines in the world."
The casino-resort also is accepting applications for the players’ club.
"Guests can sign up now for our 24 Karat Player Loyalty Card by visiting our Sign Up Center in Lake Charles at Nelson and Prien Lake Road daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., or by visiting our website," Fertitta said. "We proudly match other casino tier levels just for signing up. Plus, guests can learn of the features and amenities of Golden Nugget Lake Charles, as well as the uniquely aspirational privileges and benefits coming as a Loyalty tier member."
According to KRIV-TV Fox 26 Houston, Fertitta has invested nearly $600 million into the Lake Charles project and plans to draw from the large South Texas and Louisiana customer base to drive business to the new resort.
