My 2014 results to date

Spread the love

No one may be interested, but I have summarized my first seven trips for 2014 and thought I’d share my thoughts after that review.

Six of these trips were to Las Vegas and one was to Lauglin.

I threw the dice 3-4 days on each of the trips. Since I try to find fairly empty tables, I probably have more turns to throw than I lot of you would. I threw 444 times, an average 63 turns for each trip. My turns on each trip ranged from a long of 104 to a short of 36.

My longest individual roll was 60. My rolls for the seven trips were 36, 51, 55, 104, 55, 60, and 83. My average roll length for all seven trips was 8.57 with a range of 7.13 – 12.25. My longest roll for each of the trips were 33, 60, 24, 42, 23, 25 and 29. Therefore my longest roll was an average of 34.

I set for the seven on the come out if I am not come betting on my self and my SRR for the year was 5.97 with a range of 5.30-6.39. I had 3,806 individual throws of the dice, 972 in which I used the sevens set and the other 2,834 I used the hard ways set with the 3s on top and the 5s facing me.

As you all know, on the come out there are 8 ways to win and four ways to lose. On that basis a random roller should have 108 net winners and I had 119.

Overall I rolled 30 more eights from my hard way sets than random over seven trips and actually rolled more 8s than random on each of the trips. The last time I had looked at that, my dominant number was a six and actually I had rolled 4 more sixes than random in these trips overall.

I lost money on my first two trips in 2014 and also one of the later trips but won on four of the trips and am in a net plus for the year.

ACPA Thanks for sharing. Get recordkeeping. Do you have any suggestions, tips, tricks you use to collect your personal data. I think this is really valuable as it is real data on real tables. I would appreciate any suggestions.

The Breeze.

Breeze,

I record rolls and cash balances on a small 3-1/2 x 5 pad right as they happen.

For CFers I i record the the total of the two dies. Cicrcle points made and underline hards. At the end of each shooter show the chip total.

For my rolls, and for other I’m with, if any. I record each die separately.

Later I enter the data on my rolls into a spreadsheet that is set up to some analysis.

It summarizes roll length, my win/(loss) on each turn, pass line win/losses number Total win/Loss) for each table. Accumulates, total throws by each number split between seven set which I use on come out and hard way set
