    Route 66 the month of September

    I will be traveling along Route 66 from Chicago 9/9 to Santa Monica late September with a stop in Vegas 9/17 to 9/23.

    If you are near the Route it would be nice to see a friendly face or a table to throw a couple of dice on!

    I can’t make Vegas but Route 66/Foothill Blvd. will take you through Claremont before you get to LA. stop by and have a cold one.

    Also some good tables in Albuquerque on your way through there.

    And I agree with One Moon that a detour through Denver/Black Hawk is a good idea as well.

    Sounds like a fun trip. Safe travels.

    We just ate at a restaurant in Ketchikan Alaska that was filled with Route 66 memorabilia, did not catch the significance that far north, but then I’m talking about it so I guess it worked. Hope to see both of you in Oct.
