I’m in. First trip to Memphis. Wish I was there a little longer to enjoy the city.

Count the Sandman in… Pitboss and I may rent a few hogs for the weekend. Should be a good ride right after those ribs.

Maybe we should warn them were coming? There’s a Corkey’s BBQ buffet at Sams Town, there’s no way in heck they’re making money on our visit.

If that’s the ribs we are talking about, we tried them last year, and there is no way they can touch RonaldH or ChanceC’s ribs. 🙂

There is also a place on Central Avenue in Memphis called "Central Bar B Que" that has some Baby Back Ribs that are to die for. Excellent, but they are usually only open at lunch. Better get there early.

Well there is only one way to prove yourself Tommy, you and Ron are going to have to bring some to Memphis. But watch yourself at the border, TN does not take kindly to Texans bingin in Texas style bbq.

We went to Interstate BBQ across from Peabody hotel. And, don’t worry, I have downloaded all the BBQ place in Memphis into my GPS, we’ll find those suckers even if we have to walk!

Dom, think we went to the Rendezous BBQ Restaurant not far from the class hotel in Memphis one night. It was down an ally and we ate in the basement of that fine restaurant. Rose and Doc are licking their collective chops. Can’t wait.

When I came to Memphis for a tune up I got to experience bbq spaghetti wow what a deal little hole in the wall joint unbelievable forgot the name of it though.

Ate at the place you have pictured that is downtown dry not to my liking.

The one must see is the Peabody ducks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, tomorrow is Memphis and I can’t wait. Memphis is where I took my primer class in 2006.
Memphis is where I began as a mentor in 2013. This is where I began with the GTC family.
Lots and lots of memories and lifelong friends. It don’t get no better than this.

Speaking of barbecue. It might be worth a couple hundred dollars worth of ribs just to go head-to-head with the Great Dominator.
