Doc doing well

Spread the love

For my friends that I haven’t had the opportunity to call or email, the old doc was in the hospital for the better part of 3 days over the weekend with pneumonia. Started out with an extremely high temperature (103.5 to 104). Thought it was the flu but pneumonia was the diagnosis. Lots of drips in the old arms to fight the infection and after the 3 days went home.

Just wanted to let friends know that it is over and I am on the road to recovery.

Glad it’s over, getting old has its problems but they are better than the alternative.

He sounded so good when I talked to him, I tried to get him to drive to SBC and throw some dice. 😀 He declined, glad his lovely wife made him go to the Dr. Hope both of you keep improving and feeling better.

Glad to hear you are feeling better.

Please tell me they didn’t jab needles into your SHOOTING arm! 😉

Seven out—needles in both arms and a couple of shots in the stomach to help prevent blood clots. Have rolled a couple of times since I left the hospital and the needles in the throwing arm did not seen to hurt the throwing arm.
