I can’t answer your question as I don’t know the name of the hotel, however, I highly recommend you taking the class. ReDing books and watching videos is great, but there is nothing like the hands on experience to teach you what you need. And the student/instructor ratio is great so you really get to work closely with the pros. Excellent experience. I’ve taken several classes and still love going.
