You may be bringing your arm inside on the back swing and then curving it around on the forward swing. Be sure you are bringing your arm straight back and forward as if moving along a railroad track. During practice you can watch your hand on your back swing to see if it is going straight back or not. Then do not move your head to watch the dice. Just throw them without watching them. The idea is just a few throws for you to see what is happening on the back swing. Alternatively, you can set something up on the table that you will knock over if your do not bring your arm straight back. Then you can use your normal throw, watching your target. Another option is to set up a large mirror behind the back of the receiving station so that you can see what your arm is doing back and forward.

Gene, I’m a big proponent of "seeing" it in action, I thought I knew what it was from reading posts until I took the Primer class, them got the real lesson. Everyone learns in their own style, me, it’s seeing it, them working on repeating it as much as possible. Class was vital to that education. Good luck on the journey!
