True story:
One of my grandmothers friends was having a hard time answering the questions at the citizenship test. Because she was old and could not read english, the test was verbal.
The commissioner saw she was having a hard time and asked the old lady to name two American generals.
The old lady thought about it for a long time, then smiled and proudly said General Motors and General Electric.
She passed and got her citizenship.
