More Buffet News (this time it’s good): There’s now a second way to avoid waiting in line at a popular Strip buffet (the other, which we exposed in the November, 2003 issue of the LVA newsletter, applies to Bellagio), with news that Paris’ Le Village Buffet has become the first in Las Vegas to offer reservations via OpenTable.com. The buffet has also added some new touches, including offering guests a complimentary glass of wine during dinner and debuting a helping of traditional French macaroons to complement the popular vanilla bean crème brûlée and made-to-order crêpes from the dessert station.
