tom

I played last night at Bowler.

that is a long table as you know, I wanted to find out if I could get that
same feeling of easy follow through on a longer table. Practicing at
home with no dice has really helped.

Anyway first 4 rolls were ok, i bet more than normal, but still i was
concerned with the toss and it was much better than it normally
is here. My rolls were short so i was down to $50, only bought in
for $200. Last roll i went to 3v because each of the first 4 ended in’
3/4 4/3. Last roll was 44, with 9 hardways, took the $50 to $1050
(left $300 on the table)….but it was the best roll i have ever had
in terms of dice looking good. Pit boss was watching, he has had some
interest in GTC over the years. He said now that was good shooting,
your dice looked the same every time.

But the point is i did the same, got the feeling of the throw without
dice and just tried to get the same feeling with them.

I hope that continues

G,
It will. Great throw on the aircraft carrier. Practicing the throw without dice is a great training exercise, and it is now part of my 80% mental aspect of throwing. I have been using it since you told me about it and have noticed improvement in my practicingl Also, Saturday when The Six Shooters were together you reminded me to throw like I have no dice – I had a roll of 33 with 3 points and a ton of 6 & 8’s. It works. Set44 😀 😀 😀 😀

I have heard about the marshmellow/empty hand practice throw several times but haven’t tried it yet. It make sense and if it works for Set44 I definitely am going to give it a try. One of my biggest issues at this point is translating what I am able to accomplish at home to the casino. I am working much harder on my mental game and not getting distracted into just throwing without all of the right pieces in place. I picked up a few pointers at the refresher I recently took which are helping to jog my brain back into advantage play verses what I had been doing.

TOM

I just heard about your 33 yesterday from Carlito, that must have been when
i was looking for a meal.

We were talking about it yesterday and both agreed your dice looked very good
and your throw was softer. Thats something to look forward to, i cant wait
for Chicago when we all have a chance to get some help together, that is
going to be fun.

Great roll
