Ivey Partners with Pala: Phil Ivey has reportedly signed to be the face of online poker, and potentially all forms of online gambling, for Pala Interactive, a company formed by the Pala Band of Mission Indians out of Northern San Diego. It’s the first move in the online space to come out of California, and it’s a big one considering Ivey’s celebrity status in the gambling world.
