In an attempt to increase the accuracy of the 45 degree angle, it was suggested to fabricate a goal post.
What should the height be from the table surface and distance from the backwall?
18 inches high and 20 inches from backwall?

Run a search, this was an earlier subject a few months back. Section 8 had some good tips on it.

A search did not provide the information. I remember reading it with pictures but cannot get there.

I built a goal post and set it to 18 inches high and 19 inches from the back wall. How was the height and distance calculated? The height is much taller than the height the instructors where holding their arm at for a target.
