Ok, so my trailing dice isn’t as dramatic now as my other post, with one leading by a mile. I’m getting a good feel for the throw ( I think so at least, we’ll see at Refreshers…) and will work on putting effort on sole grip practices as advice given to me on previous posts.
Now, I’m willing to bet, this is another gripping issue, which I can understand, however I cannot figure out the " how to fix" issue on my own. The dice are starting to smack on top of each other, or land on top of each other, and then split bounce opposite ends. I don’t know if that’s a front finger grip issue, or the back thumb placement issue, or both. Ok, let me know what adjustments I can make to fix this. thanks.

Usually when the dice hit each other it is because one or both dice are wobbling due to the dice being split when they release, and when they hit, one or both are landing on their outside edge and causing them to bounce towards the other one. If you are tossing with a split then sometimes they will travel towards the middle and if they land on the opposite side turning over another 180 degrees they will go to the outside. Both situations are deadly and this problem needs to be remedied.
You might be gripping too hard or gripping too strongly when you are picking them up. Do your pick up and then look at the dice in your hand to make sure that there is no split. The easiest way to fix issues like this is with a gripper to ensure a proper pick up. Many people use way too much pressure when picking up and gripping the dice. Try to use as little pressure as possible. If you use very little grip pressure this will do many things to improve your shot.

thanks for input, will apply the lightest grip w/o dropping it. my friend texted me same thing, and I’ve also been told to mind my wrist tilting left or right. thanks again, sir!
