Lots of great places to eat in Vegas if you like fine dining. But I good old fashioned diner food, like the places they show on Diners Drive-ins and Dives.
Found a few listing on their website. But enough of us go out there all year round to be able to post some really great places. Since there isn’t an eating section on the site, lets post them here and rate them. Good or bad, it’s just an opinion.

Grimaldi’s has been mentioned before. It is an Italian pizzeria with the NY original located under the Brooklyn bridge.
Pit Boss and I ate at the Grimaldi’s in Henderson last June. Nothing fancy or pretentious. – Just a really comfortable pizza "joint". Warm atmosphere, good servers, and the house Chianti was great as well.
The general manager stopped by and told us about the pizza oven and that he had worked at the original NY location for 30 years or so before coming to Nevada.
Perhaps a marketing ploy, but he also told us the water they use for their pizza dough wasn’t from NY, but had been tested and purified to get the same mineral content as in NY.
I give Grimaldi’s 4 burps out of five.
