To me it means that you are a threat to the casino, and they fear you.
I believe that it is the way of the casino to say that what we do works but they will never admit to it.
What do others think about this statment when it is made?

I think it is time to leave and go someplace where they don’t say that.

Never heard that one. Have been told I have to hit the back wall and that doesn’t bother me. I plan to hit the back wall.

Brothelman and Skinny are right. That is chops-busting time. Head towards greener pastures.

I got that once but before I left the game, I decided to have fun with it. The nasty red headed pit lady watched my next shot. I asked her was that hard enough. She said no. I adjusted my throw and landing zone closer to the wall and then asked her….. how about that shot. She still fired back no! There was no way I could shoot and satisfy her definition of harder off the back wall. I picked up my chips and left my pass line bet for the dealers.
PS. She is no longer working at that casino. She was let go when all of us fired in complaint letters to management over and over for months.

I had been playing a place for 3 hours. About 5:30 the Box Man, who had been there the entire time, gets a phone call in the middle of my hand. When he comes back he says to me, "Mr. 5, I need more action off the wall".
I had been throwing the same shot for over 3 hours and not a word said. So I toss the next shot harder and lower. The dice come back a foot. I looked at him and asked if that was acceptable to him. His reply was, "That will be fine until my boss comes down." That hand was in the 30 roll range when I sevened out. I colored up and left.
He was very courteous and I could tell that he did not want to have to say that. At 5:00 the swing shift casino manager came on and the phone call came down. The floor has to do what they are told by their supervisors.
So yes, it was "hit the wall harder". And I left.

One time I was told that. My next throw I made sure the bounce sent the dice off the table. I just looked at them and said… ‘Same Dice …. Please’. Finished my hand and left. I did enjoy watching the boxman scramble around the floor looking for the dice ๐

Instead of a soft loft put more energy into the throw. Faster pendulum swing.

In 2010 a strip supervisor told me โI need more action off the back wallโ no comments were made about dice setting. I saw the same supervisor in Oct. and when he saw I was setting the dice he commented, โIโd like to string up whoever started this.โ I told the dealer, guys I know this is the wild west but donโt string me up yet I just got here. Out of the supervisorโs hearing I asked the dealer if dice setting was causing a problem with the game, he said no. TheUsualSuspect, Semper Fi carry on

Had this happen one time. I threw the dice so hard they hit both back walls—the back wall where we always throw and back to the other end of the table. With this very "controlled throw" I made my point!!! I only had the 6 and 8 placed besides the pass line. Took down my 6 and 8, paid the dealers the tip from the pass line, picked up my chips and left. I did not give hime the courtest of coloring up.
The dealers were mad because I was the only player tipping and they had made some money off of me.
Go figure. As Skinny and the others say there are greened pastures. Those pastures being other casinos and other shifts at the offending casino.
Just my thoughts.

Means hit them harder Bman. ๐ ๐
Hope all is going well with the both of you.
I kind of like it when they have to leave their spot to go get their dice . I have never been taped yet. So do as they say and they change their own minds . Nothing that I say can do that .
I still remember shake rattle and roll . This is FUN at times .
Good Rolling. ๐ ๐
