Awhile back the question was possed, is there a good deli in vegas.

The answer is yes there is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is the sports deli in the rio.

Now i have eaten hear with many people and all have at the least loved the food, the ruben has been called the best they have ever had, the reno is out of this world, the wings are fabulous, and the pizza it great!!!!!!!!

They soda is all you can drink from the fountain one size cup.

The make up of the cheeses used on the pizza and sandwhiches is of the highest of quality that it will bring out the flavor in all it is on, the pizza it leaves just a hint of the oil on top of the cheese, the sliced cheese on the sandwitches is moist and flavorful.

The breads ore soft in the middle with a firm crust, they range from sourdough to rye depending on what you order.

The wing are deep fried with three or four bites an the saucesare served on the side ranging from hot to mild to bbq, the best being a mix of the hot with the bluecheese which is made from scratch, and good enuff to be used as a dipping sauce for anything you want to enhance the flavor of.

Now the best aspect of the deli is its manager and the way he has trained his employees to please the guest i mean go out of the way for you, prime example i was in there a couple of days ago, and a lady had a little boy who was crying it was one of those i am hungry crys mom, the cook running the deep fryer says to me i know that sound hands me a plate with 5 french fries on it and says please give this to the young woman, now that is service with care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food is large portioned served hot,with a smile thank you and can i do anything else for you.

The price is excellent, as for the quality it is high.

They also have hamburgers cooked to your liking and a great hotdog.

On a scale of 1 to 10 i give it a 8 plus and have never been disapointed with food or service, so when you are in the mood for a great deli in vegas i highley recomend the deli in the sports book at the rio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
