Craps

How was the Celebration.

Spread the love

hope to hear some about the night and/or how much the casinos lost with the pros in town.

Sorry I didn’t make it, but Vegas isn’t as close as Tunica use to be.

Guess there were no speculation results to report.

Maybe, I’ll go to Vegas and see how I do.

Anyone still around on Wednesday/Thursday?

Greetings,
Just got home from the 10 year GTC training seminar.
It was an awesome event. The traing by the instructors and by my mentor was just first class. They all want you to succeed. I never felt so much pressure while taking part of the tournament. I was shaking like a snake. Just picture Frank and Dom talking smack at you just before your getting ready to throw. I came through at the end throwing a 4 2 for the win. I don’t get that nervous when I throw at the tables.
I’m already signed up for the refresher class next year in June. It was great to see a couple of classmates that were there in June.
One more thing I would like to add about the training. All the instructors are very consistent with the way the teach and show a lot of patience with each student.
I have my rig set up again and I’m ready to work on what I was taught.
I’m glad to be part of this group.

RonB, thanks for the nice words for all the instructors. I agree it was a great class. It was a pleasure to mentor you for the weekend. You were indeed a very attentive student. You did good in winning the box number contest and bringing success to the Rat Pack. Look forward to seeing you in June next year.

Noah,

I was in Vegas for 6 days and I was positive on the money side everyday. I have added Blackjack as a second game and it really helps to be able to sit and rest between craps sessions.
I played with lots of GTC people and the table manners were excellant on everyones part. Saw only a few short rolls, and there were no ugly comments from the pit. A great week.

Personally I had ten rolls in the teens and 8 rolls in the 20’s. I was also at the table for four hands in the thirtys by GTC graduates. My playing partner JBW arrived on Sunday afternoon and we began our assault on the casino’s. Tuesday afternoon we both caught fire and had four winning sessions in a row.

Wed. morning at 8 am I am onboard my plane as it taxis to the runway, JBW is stepping up to a craps table at a midstrip casino.
At 8;08 my plane lifts off the ground and JBW gets the dice.
At 9 am I am entering Colorado airspace and beginning our descent into Denver and JBW sevens out.
A beautifull 50 roll hand with only one come out seven. I missed it and I am upset. We were talking about one of us was going to bust a big one, because our dice were looking really good. I missed it and I am upset.
Congratulations JBW and I will be there for the next one.

Great report Goldfinger! It really is fun when everyone plays properly and you make money.

It was a great class Noah. I was surprised not to see you at the Meet n Greet. It was just about a full house. The class had many students that came very prepared and seemed to really get the instruction and made tons of progress, in my opinion, in one day…….the second day was even better. Great bunch of new students who all exhibited the right things, and walked away as great potential advantage players.

Good shooting JBW!!! – Goldfinger, I always hate to miss out on a good roll. Nick @Nite had a tasty money maker that I wasn’t on…after no joy on an earlier session. It happens….but all you can do is wish them well, enjoy their win and prepare for the next time you take on the casinos.

Been throwing since I got back……I can’t wait for the next trip!!,

Take care,
