I am sorry in advance, to Frank, Skinny, Dominator, Randy, & the other Horseman I forget to name (Nick@Night?): you are for the most part the coolest people! And what you have done for the dice influencing craps playing world is truly a golden gift of the gods! I was imagining how wonderful it would be to someday run into the Horsemen at a casino craps table. Then it hit me: this fantasy will NEVER come true, since I never play on tables with a bet minimum of more than $10…as compared to Frank’s story of how even the dealers know to offer the Horsemen a table raise to $25 minimum bet. Then the shock hit me like this: *WOW* *shudder* *cringe* these people I thought were really cool, but they lump all poorer people as losers who’s company they block by setting up financial barriers…just like the rich snots do! Then the counterstroke happened: they ARE really cool guys but wow I sure spotted a gap in coolness there. Then the 2nd round: that means they are discriminating against ME. (I regard myself as a beginner dice controller with a huge amount of talent and progress made in a *very* short amount of time). My mind whirled through all the concentrated stuff I am blocked from having even a tiny CHANCE of learning. Then my mind finished, reconciling the irreconcilable: "Oh well!"
Of course everybody is a mixed bag of traits, no one is perfect, and what to me is negative behavior to the Horsemen this is good basic common sense policy.

You could also put on the big-boy pants and buy in.
The key is a 401-G account, THAT and a controlled throw will get you one day to a $25 table.
That level is earned.
When was the last time you saw A-Rod play a pick-up game with a Class-A team? I still go to watch the pros. Those players work their a$$ off to get to the Bigs, only a few will get there.
Good luck on your journey.

We do not consider ourselve Elite. We are just advantage players as others that have taken GTC classes and the amount of the "BET" does not define us or our friends..
Good fortune to all of you at the Casino Tables. And….If I see you or play with you at the tables I will be one of your biggest supporters…..Quitely of coarse…

Now I am prejudiced against people that play at $5 tables? You have got to be kidding with this post! I love this type of writing, say something nice first about the person, then attack them.
And what a title for this post. I can’t wait for the next post that might be titled "The Five Horsemen need to Share their wealth with under privileged low rollers." That’s the ticket that might win this election.

Griz makes a good point. Watch and learn. Build your 401G and you can play at those 25 dollar tables. If you followed all the 20 comandments I think any of them would not have a problem. Its the people who don’t.

I have been thinking… i never see Tiger Woods or Phil Mickelson at my local
golf course….they just dont want to play with me….
and Robin Yount,,,, hall of fame baseball player…. not once did he ever show up
at one of my baseball practices.,… never.
Then there is the five horsemen…. never, not once did they all show up at my local
casino on a Monday night. now we have a tub here, it will hold 6 players
and it may or may not be open depending on if it raining or snowing, or cloudy
out. And they may or may not have a hard time with setting depending on who
is working…but that is no excuse for the 5 of you not to try to find a way
to fly into this large city of 700 people and play craps with us…
now i feel terrible…. no one wants to be around the average guy, even an average
guy with 3" shoes….
i am going fishing, me and my boat,,,, what it wont start???? to cold

Maybe I’ve missed the intent of your message. What did you hope to accomplish by posting this?
I assumed you were here hoping to learn more about advantage play craps and dice influencing. As always, the members of our site, including The 5 Horsemen and instructors, will bend over backwards to try and help you by taking the time to answer your questions.
You’re on our site as a guest looking for help and advice, yet you write a rude, insulting post disparaging the founders of GTC and their teammates who are also instructors and frequent contributors to this message board?
Perhaps I’ve misunderstood, but I don’t get it, lylastar.

Am I just too disinterested today or is there really nothing about this post to get riled up about?
If I were at a much higher skill level and had 4 other skilled friends to play with, a $25 minimum wouldn’t begin to cover it.
I might request a $50 minimum.
And it wouldn’t be for fear/disgust/prejudice of low rollers, it’d be to ensure that my entourage can play at the same table with the least amount of distractions.
La lala la lala
La lala lala la li lo lo lo lahhh… [sorry, felt like singing a bit]
And don’t get too excited about Dom sharing his wealth. He’s holding on to Monopoly money that he thinks can buy him stuff in the real world and he actually gets a weekly allowance from a generous relative to play craps. He ain’t got no money to share.
Now for the serious part of the post, it is my humble opinion that for a learning experience [if that is Lylastar’s point] one should take a class if one wishes to learn from GTC gentlemen. Their live craps playing is done for their own amusement and profit and shouldn’t be weighed down with duties to enlighten someone they haven’t even met yet.

1. I want to play with the other four Horsemen. Maybe a couple of other GTC instructors/friends. Say, six people who play properly at the same table.
2. I go down in the morning with the Horsemen and, yes, we do ask for a $25 table. We want the $5 and $10 players to go to a different table.
3. Why? First, I prefer to not play at crowded tables. Second I prefer not seeing chips flying all over the place with Crazy Crapper bets. Third, I prefer not wasting time with players having arguments with dealers concerning which bets they have, how those bets are paid off, and whether the player is having good luck or bad. Fourth: I hate drunks and loud ploppies. The more players at a table the more these creatures come out of the woodwork and floorboards.
4. You missed something important. I have no problem in the evening asking for a $100 table if there are packed $5, $10, $15 and $25 tables. See reasons 1 through 3 as to why.
And finally, I started as a $5 player over 22 years ago (God, time flies!). You play properly; save your wins in a 401G and over the years your bankroll grows.
I don’t actually have anything against the amount of money someone bets. But I prefer what I prefer. If I am at a lower level casino that cringes at bigger bets I have no problem "betting as small" as I used to.

I saw nick a night play after I took class in Oct. but was on way to dinner so did not buy in.He was at min. bet table. I think 10.00 or may have been 5.00.
Most GTC people that I have played with are low betters period at least at the start.
Some on this site will not roll or should I say feel kind to you until you take the class. But I may be wrong.
I found lots of help when building table before I took the class.
I hope to see you rolling on that 25.00 table some day withy or with out the 5 horsemen.
Good Rolling. 😀 😀

Ron has been with the 5, 5 individual persons, Horsemen playing Craps on 10 occasions. And on 7 of those occasions the table minimum was $10 dollars. Quite simple actually, you just have to read
"Jumbotron Ron" wrote: The statement that the 5 Horsemen do not play at lower limit tables is an assumption on your part and a wrong one at that. I have played with The Horseman at least about 10 times and about 7 of them were at $10 tables.

All I can do now is sincerely say I am sorry. I knew this could be a touchy thing when I posted it. So if the table in the story was escalated to $25, it seems to in no way reflect back on Horsemen personalities. I would indeed feel grateful to just stand and watch & learn. But alas I prolly never would approach close enough to a high min. bet table to see how the players rolled. So I would walk past them and concentrate on which 5-10$ table I wanted. I would not recognize the Horsemen from a distance.

p.s. Once again, I wrote this because I DO like you guys and sigh at knowing I’ll never meet you for other than a $1500 class. I do not seek to insult any of you or anyone else on this forum. Sorry anyway!!

Suck it up and shut up.
Be content and grateful that you have what you have.
There is nothing wrong with being on a beer budget and striving to quench your Champagne taste, however don’t begrudge someone who has worked longer and harder than you and has a Champagne budget.
