not sure what in the world that it is, all i know is the doc said my craps playin is over for awhile.

I have those shoes to be taller so i can get over the table , they are flat and the doc said that when i wear them and stand on my tip toes i damage the some kind of tenon or what ever on the bottom of my right foot. It has been very painful for awhile now and it appears it needs some attention…. if i want to keep walking, this maybe is not a real bad thing since the number of 4/3′ i have thrown lately have hurt my pocketbook also…. 😀

anyway 2-3 months should do the trick and i will try to hit the tables again.

The good news is i will save a lot of money between now and christmas to buy (some new shoes with support)

Now i have to find something else to do on monday and friday nights……i need to do this quick or my wife will
say, " you know if you have more time at home your office will be so clean)" 😯

Gordon,

I suffer from this as well. It is less now, but when I wake in the morning…this morning in particular, Man my heals hurt!

What really helped, was a cortisone shot and then custom made inserts. Not sure if you have done this, but one shot and then the custom inserts, along with the exercises that I am sure they gave you will help.

I also had this issue, and like the dominator I went with the inserts. It cleared up within a few weeks, but I’ve never had this problem at the craps table. However, I can see this happening especially if you have shoes with no arch support.

I know the feeling. I had a bone spur but it seems to have calmed down.

This is one of the reasone that i recomend high tops with a good arch support.

I do not recomend sandles like i have i can not ell you how many times i have almost rolled my ankle.

Gman take care when you get the inserts make sure they are done by some one with experience in running the machine that measures the pressure points in your foot, you know how your foot dispences the weight over the bottom of it go custom on this it will make all the difference

Yep,

Don’t go for the company that does those infomercial ads. I tried them and they were terrible. You need to go to someone who knows what they are doing

To avoid this problem at the outset pull up a chair and don’t stand continuously. There’s a casino in AC that has chairs like bar stools at the craps tables. Best idea yet!
