    Newspaper Headlines About a Rape

    A 73 year old woman was raped in Strawberry Fields in Central Park New York. The police caught the rapist. Today’s newspaper headlines of the NY Post and the Daily News used the words "animal" and "beast" to describe him. These were front page headlines too.

    The rapist was white. No one has objected to this animal and beast being called what he is. But if the rapist had been black would there have been a protest about using "animal" and "beast" in describing him? I say yes! Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Obama would be upset at the use of these words. Some double standard I am thinking.

    There are "protected people" and non-protected people. The PC world is in control. I think I am going to post another post about the "Arab Spring."

    I remember when some newspapers referred to Bush as an ape but when one used a monkey image for Obama all hell broke loose.
