Did you even bother to read the article? I read it and other than the part where part about Monica Lewinski the writers didn’t state that President Clinton lied. As far as the Lewinski issue is concerned that’s was tragic and stupid of the President to disgrace the office of the Presidency. However, it’s not the first to have done so and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Now what does that have to do with what the President said about "Their campaign pollster said, ‘We’re not going to let our campaign be dictated by fact checkers.’ Now that is true."

Out of all the things the President said last nite I haven’t heard anyone say the comments were not true. The article states the Republicans weren’t the only ones involved in gridlock – maybe.

"CLINTON: Clinton suggested that Obama’s health care law is keeping health care costs in check." The writers said the health care law didn’t lower or raise the cost. What the article doesn’t take into account how many insurance companies raised policies prior to the law going into affect so that they could get in price hikes while they still could without just cause.

"Clinton supported the 1999 repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act, a law dating back to the Great Depression that separated banking from high-risk financial speculation." Big mistake – HUGE!! It needs to be put back in place so that banks and insurance companies can’t use the assets of American people as a slot machine.

"While the economy and markets experienced a record expansion for most of the rest of Clinton’s two-term presidency, at the start of 2000, there were troubling signs….the tech-heavy Nasdaq composite stock index and the Dow Jones industrial average both peaked in March 2000. The bursting of the high-tech bubble dragged down the economy and markets through the rest of the year." Let me premise this by saying I’m not an economic expert so I’m not going to say whether this statement is true or not; however we are talking about one year. However, let’s not forget President Clinton left office with a surplus.

This country has had two Presidents that were businessmen. Hoover who led us into the Great Depression and Bush whose policies took us into a Great Recession. Now you want to elect another businessmen. Who is good at outsourcing jobs. Really? Let’s compare apples to apple. Let’s talk about his time in office. Oh that’s right he’s running from that record. The Republicans would rather forget that event/time and so would he. Hopefully, the Democrats and President Obama remind everyone.
