The government watchdog estimates that the IRS could issue $21 billion in fraudulent tax refunds as a result of identity theft over the next five years. 5,000 tax refunds were sent to five street addresses! I am amazed that our government can not cross check this information in a database of some type. Healthcare is now on the same track along with the Postal service. Massive government = massive losses to the taxpayers.
