Why Keep This Murderer Alive?

Spread the love

That monster who slaughtered those people watching Batman. He did it. There can be no doubt about that. His apartment was booby trapped. There is no doubt about that. So why not bring him before a judge, present the evidence and then execute him? He got his trial. That should take a few days. Why are we wasting time and money on this killer?

Bretboy1 you are bloodthirsty. The death penalty is wrong on so many levels. This young man needs psychological help, not an injection to kill him. What horrible things drove him to commit this crime? He didn’t just wake up one morning and go crazy. Something came before that. He should never have been able to get an arsenal of weapons.

The arsenal of weapons did not kill. The Nut Job pulling the triggers did. His planning the Evil did. Use one of his bullits to end his sick as it is life. I certainly do not want tax dollars used to feed him, house him, defend him.

Sorry, firing squads are not allowed anymore. No painfull gas is used anymore.. Just a nice quiet soothiing cocktail of drugs that have you slumber off and go before the "Judges of Judges"

Sorry so passionete. Had a dear friend have his life ended by some nut case. So many lives F….ed up. What a pity and waste of time. I bet the news stations get tons of mileage out of this.. But might not be as bad a O.J’s coverage.

And please do not be following the pied pipper of idiots thinking gun control will stop a wicked person to do evil. Come to Chicago and rome the streets at night and see how Chicago gun control work..Yea, right.

Its the penalty and court judgements, its the parents that cant controlthere own. Its how the goverment can count hoow mmany tickets you have but cant track idiots rantings, or people demeaner at work or school. We all become complacent on Narcing on bad behavior of others..

Sorry I gotta stop this, to many areas to cover. Will watch all the crap the news people put on to see how crazy the stories are.

See that word CRAP always comes into my play.

If this guy gets the death penalty there will be pickets protesting it with their candles. Just watch.

Reality Check!
According to 1 police report the guy spent several months planing these killings. bretboy1 is correct "why not bring him before a judge, present the evidence and then execute him? He got his trial."

Unfortunately the American legal {so called Justice system} is a loaded / stacked deck FOR the criminals. It seems that they have all the rights which must be protected at all and any cost and the victims don’t have any!

The trial won’t happen for at least a year, will probably last 5-6 months and if some sleazy shyster trial lawyer doesn’t get the case thrown out on a technically he will probably get life so in 20 years he’ll be back.

The good citizens of Colorado will wind up footing the bill for millions of dollars.

Who cares what small traumatic episode in his childhood possibly affected him and made him into a killer, I don’t! I am a firm believer in the punishment should be equal to and fit the crime. When the evidence at his trial proves he killed, then he should be executed.

I like the idea of bringing him before a judge. That is his trial. If the lawyers can convince the judge that this murderous bastard didn’t do it, well fine then. If not, string him up.

I vote for putting his public execution on Pay per View. Then we can have America vote on how he dies like American Idol or Dancing with the Stars. All of the funds collected would go directly to the victims of this tragedy.

Call in or text America and vote:

1) Hanging
2) Firing line
3) Lethal Injection
4) Guillotine
5) Burned at the Stake
6) Quartered by Horses
7) Electric Chair
8) Drowning
9) Dropped from an aircraft from a mile high.

I am willing to donate the flight for #9.

DP,

I have one comment about number nine. A mile high is too high – might enjoy the ride down. Make it about 500-1000 ft. No time to get to enjoy it and plenty of height to have the desired result.

People have been known to survive falls of up to 1500 ft. Take him to 45,000 😀

At 45,000 ft he would pass out in 15 seconds or less. 500 feet onto concrete will do the trick quite nicely. He will be travelling approximately 120 mph at impact.

#9 would be great. Give him classes in free fall and how to do it correctly. Then drop him on a "HANO" rather that HALO. he could choose to prolong the plunge or not.

Now that is a great idea, Stephen C!

I would simply let him go. Free him!

I would announce that he is leaving jail on this day at this particular time. Then open the door and let him out.

Posted by: Guest on July 26, 2012, 6:15 pm

Love it! The cops can all take a coffee break after they let him out. Great idea! 😀

I am stunned at how awful you folks are with dumping him out of a plane or letting him go free and you know what will happen then? The relatives of those he supposedly killed – and he is innocent until proven guilty as you scholars know – will kill him. Is that what we want? To add another deeath to the mix?

I say he goes to trial before a jury of his piers. There should be no death penalty as who says we have the right to kill our fellow human beings? I think he really needs counseling.

Posted by: Dice Pilot on July 27, 2012, 4:45 pm

All of the counseling in the world will not change how a brain is wired. Psychiatrist will prescribe heavy meds to this folks and dismiss them as cured. Then they are back out on the streets and they skip their meds and repeat the same crimes over and over. Child molesters, mass murderers and serial rapists will never change. We need to thin out the herd. I am going to need a bigger airplane.

Posted by: Guest on July 27, 2012, 4:57 pm

The killing of human beings is always wrong. Radical P is right on target. Until we have a plant with no war we will continue our violant ways. Let us start right now by insituting gun control laws and outlawing the death penalty. That is a good start. Then we get rid of our nukes and show the world we want nothing but peace. A glorious future will then be sealed! Nobody will want to fight if America stands up, faces the world and says, "We will never kill again." Why should anyone then want to hurt us? You can’t fight someone who doesn’t want to fight you.

Posted by: Dice Pilot on July 27, 2012, 6:32 pm

Question to Franken and Radical. A six year old child was killed in that movie theater. If you were there and your child was tragically killed, would you still be against the death penalty?

DC,

I would love to be your co-pilot. Im not really sure how to fly but I can open to door and push these knit witts OUT!! 😀 😀 Lets load the plane!!
