GOLDEN NUGGET
Ghost town. Poker room almost deserted. Many $5 tables.Most of the tables were empty dealers just looking at the aisles. I explored a bit as I will be returning later in the week for an overnight golf trip. I asked to take a quick look at the pool they said I had to pay $20. That was kind if rude so I left without playing.

SHOWBOAT
Very crowded. A lively place with alot of action. $5 tables. Poker room crowded. I tried the new "Earl of Sandwich" . This is a west coast place that has a famous Las Vegas location. The sandwich was OK. Not worth a special trip.

REVEL
Had a lot of people walking around but not playing. Literally dozens of dead games with dealers just standing there. I am happy to say that computer screen live dealer blackjack looks like a dud.Craps tables pretty empty.
The two Pai Gow poker tables were full. Why they do not add more Pai gow is a mystery to me. The other dealers are just standing around.

I believe this is a general interest trip report as such the mention of casino names is acceptable.
