Hi all, it’s been a short while since my last post. I recently spent some time in Vegas mainly for the the big poker tournament. Of course there is always time for craps and I played quite a bit at a lot of different casino’s.
I’ve been dying to try crapless craps and what a treat. It was a neat experience and I did well not to lose my come bet on a crap number instead getting paid 6-1 on a normally losing bet.
The down side is I played at night and the floor person was all over me as soon as I started setting the dice. There was also a high roller there Placing all ten numbers as I was on a mini monster they brought in a fill. I asked if I could wait until they were finished and they insisted I keep shooting. It was a good experience over all. I decided to go back during the day to see if it would be any different and the answer is no. They obviously have a tough stance on anyone that sets the dice. It was ashame it spoiled my fun of the crapless tables.
There were a great many experiences through my journey of all the different casinos. Some offering odds of 1000 times. What a great game that was. Five dollar come bets off and on pressing my bets beyond $100 per number.
I had three monster rolls, one with my good friend at the table that bets big and aggressive. I was happy to see him clean up especially after he took a beating early. He crushed them throwing bets down for me and dropping over a thousand for the dealers.
I had about 7 mini monsters which were good money makers.
Overall I walked away a decent winner. I could have made a lot more if I was a little more aggressive. I kind of let the casinos off the hook a couple times with my conservative play. Such as not taking enough odds on my come bets.
My shot was horrible at times and amazing at other times.
If I could only string a couple of wins together at the same time I would kill them. I am usually fighting my way back after a couple short rolls or poorly timed 7’s (after a couple of come bets go up with odds).
I found most dealers to be very nice especially after tipping. Most casinos were receptive towards me and my setting of the dice especially when they were making money on virtually every roll. I would be happy to talk with randman about odds and other info also if needed.
To rap up my trip I was playing with a guy who’s average bet was table max. I actually watched him bankrupt the table as he did not anounce his play before he came they were not prepared for his play. He was using $5000 chips. Placing the hardways for the max and come bets with full odds then placing the number for table max. All this was going on at $15 table and there were empty $25 tables this guy could have gone too. He obviously likes to play with the meek of the earth and it served him well. Someone went on a tear unfortunatelly not me, the big player had to sell chips back to the table, something I have never seen before. They were frantic on the phone and scrambling behind the craps table. Until they brought in a cool million to satisfy his betting.
Overall I enjoyed my free trip to Vegas and I’m sure I rapped up enough comp to enjoy another free trip and next time hopefully through practice and discipline I will have a terrific money making story.

I thought you had dropped off to some far away island or something, having not seen a post from you in awhile.
Keep practicing and if you are back in Vegas in late Januaury, maybe we can meet up!

At the crapless table where the floor person was all over you as soon as
you started setting the dice, did you continue setting the dice during the
roll when the big better was making a mint on your roll?
Did you have that good roll without setting the dice?
7×7

Color up let me know when your in AC again and we can hook up.
7×7 I did continue to set the dice but it was very hard to stay focused. There was only 3 of us at the table. I rolled about 20 numbers the first time around including the crap numbers a few times which was great instead of losing the bet straight out that became my come bet.
It was strange to put odds on the 3 and the 12 but when it hit, a $10 bet with $10 odds paid $70.
Once I finished my shot I took the dice two more time and the last time they were giving me such a hard time i pulled my bets and odds down and just flung the dice until my turn was over. I colored up left a tip for the dealers, thanked them and walked away a small winner.
