I couldn’t stay away from the game. There was only one of the obnoxious players present and he ignored me. I think someone must have talked to him. Maybe things are getting better and I won’t have to take the nasty remarks? We will see.

If the idiots return to undesirable remarks, color up, go to management and tell them they will have a lawsuit if they don’t take immediate corrective action

If the problem returns ask the Box or Pit Boss for the form to make a written complant.
Those written complants go up stairs and are seen by management well above the floor people.
It will also provide proof you had a problem and what was done about it.
