How do we include a spreadsheet into a post here?
I’ve seen spreadsheets in the CRAPS message board but have not done
an upload myself.

Thanks for the reply.
I did try that but got the shut-out message:
"The extension xlr is not allowed."
Is there a work-around?

As soon as I figure out what I did I’ll post how. LOL.
Not as good at this computer stuff as you are.
Took four hours of effort, trying all sorts of stuff,
asking for help, till something seemed to work.
Will reply under this subject matter,
"How to upload a spreadsheet".
By then you may have figured it all out.
You’re good.

Took me a while to retrace my steps to duplicate what I did.
Essentially this is an indirect way from the .xlr file to the GTC website.
With your xlr spreadsheet open, do a screen copy by:<Alt>Prt Scr.
Open Adobe PhotoShop (or any such software. Haven’t tried Notebook nor MS Word):
Open a new file and name it (your file), then paste the xlr file there (<ctrl>V).
Save this file by clicking File, select "Save for Web",
In side window of next window click "Save" after ensuring settings of JPEG, 79 quality and "Optimized".
In next window "Save Optimized As", save your file .jpg as type Images Only (*.jpg), into your preferred folder
or on the desktop if you wish.
Then go to GTC website and upload your .jpg file.
Hope I didn’t miss out anything.
You’ll manage, I know. Let me know how it went.

Did you experiment with a smaller size .JPG file, say below 500 KB ?
Did you take your screen shot with <Shift>PrtScr or <Alt>PrtScr ?
(The <Alt> key gave me a smaller file than the <Shift> key.)
