    The owner of the Phoenix Suns basketball team, Robert Sarver, came out strongly opposing AZ’s new immigration laws. The Governor released the following statement in response to Saver’s criticism of the new laws.

    "What if the owners of the Suns discovered that hordes of people were sneaking into the games without paying? What if they had a good idea who the gate-crashers are but the ushers and security personnel were not allowed to ask these folks to produce their ticket stubs, thus non-paying attnedees couldn’t be ejected."

    "Furthermore, what if Suns ownership was expected to provide those who sneaked in with complimentary eats and drink? And what if, on those days when a gate-crasher become ill or injured, the Suns had to provide free medical care and shelter."

    Kinda sums up thhe illegal immigration thing doesn’t it?

    I am not against legal immigrants I am very much in favor of legal immigrants—most of our or parents or grandparents came here legally. They learned English and intregated into out society. They became productive citizens.

    I like this. very few of us are Native Americans and our families immigrated and played by rules that are much stricter then are what in place now. Want the opportunities play by the rules.

    This problem has been around for YEARS not just in the last 20 30 or 40 . It will be around long after I am gone . I may have come in the US that way . I know that my mother was born here but that is about it . Just ask your self what other country’s do. Can you get a job if you go there with no papers ?
    Simple no papers no job .
    Or reps. always have to make things not so simple . With lots of laws pages and pages .
    I was never ask for my papers to get a job but would have been happy to do so if need be .

    I always thought my idea would solve the problem real quick. If Mr. Burger King, Mr. McDonalds, Mr. ( Incert Company Name) we catch Mr/Ms Illegal and he/she is working on your payroll of under your table as is were, regardless of circumstances. Whether said Illegal has forged documents or not. Your establishment will be Administratively fined $10 grand for each and every month we can prove that this employment has gone on, further you will be required to reimburse the Government for this individuals expenses how ever long it takes to Deport him/her.

    It’s simple folks, if the employer is scared shitless to employ them they have nowhere to go but back. Oh, and all their freebies have to dry up as well.

    Further, anyone thought to be here Illegally has 60 days to prove they belong or be immediately deported. From there they are free to fight for reentry. That 60 days gives them plenty of time to set their affairs straight. No more of this mamby pamby crap. At least they would be treated better than an american would be if caught w/o papers in their countries.

    Just my thoughts and yes I can be a heartless bastard. I don’t have a problem with that.

    Eliminate the government subsidies (welfare, healthcare) or pare them down to just survival levels and most of the problems would go away.

    Would not stop illegal immigration, compared to the rest of the world this country is too good for that. However, it would tend to make it so those who took the effort were productive. If that were so, not so many would mind.

    Just think the wall will be bigger and better then the GREAT WALL so we will all get reach with the visitors that will come legal or not .I wonder how much he will charge for space on it ? It will be by the inch tho and not with in my BR .
    o HE DOES HAVE big HANDS TO HOLD all THOSE DOLLARS .
