In practice I have a bad habit of throwing the dice and playing with the chips as if I was in the casino playing for real. I call it a practice scrimmage—like we use to do in high school basketball. I am not really working specific aspects of my throw.

Took a tune up with Dominator and he was a great help. I have a couple of areas of my throw where I had gotten lazy. He helped correct this. Here are some things I do in practice with the lastest one I have added.

1. At set up and just before I make my throw I use the little level that the Beautitul Alligator Rose purchased at Home Depot. It is so small that I have use my left left ( I throw right handed) to lightly place the level on the dice to make sure they are level to the table right be fore I start my back swing. I did not know it, but when I am set to start my back swing everytime the dice look level to me but my first finget was ever so slightly higher. I use the level so that I can get the muscle memory to know they are level. Have been doing this for severa days and now about 85% of the time the dice are level to the bottom of the table when I use the level. I am shooting for 100%. This must be learned in practice as I think it is a good bet the casino will not let you use a level at the table—-DUH!!!!!

2 I have a mirrow that is 24" by 36" that I place in two different locations depending on what I am working on.
