Golden Touch Craps Awesome! in your opinion, what is the most successful betting strategy and progression for craps. I’ve recently learned the 4-5-9-10 outside strategy from a guy that won $20k doing it. not saying he always does it, but with the right shooter and the correct strategy, it shows that it CAN be done. TF – first remember that a blind squirrel will find an acorn every now and then. Right now somewhere in the country someone has won 10K by betting the 11 5X in row and the shooter through 11 5X in a row. What this means is that at any given time someone, somewhere is winning a ton of money at craps and they think they have found the Golden Goose and it is because of the way they are betting.

You can not beat the game of craps with some sort of a betting system. It can’t be done because every bet on the table except for one type of bet carries a negative edge for the player and two negatives will never equal a positive. So you as a player has to make bets on the table that carry the lowest house edge. The only bet that doesn’t have a negative edge is the odds bet. That bet has a ZERO edge.

The only way to beat the game of craps is by following these three things – 1. Learn a controlled throw so you have an edge when you are shooting – 2. Calculate what your edge is when you are throwing the dice – and #3. bet into your edge…..which means only make a bet that has a lower edge than your edge when you are shooting.

So come betting is the way to go. Using your example placing the 4 and 10 for $25 each has a house edge of 3.85% if you don’t buy them. The place bet on the 5 and 9 carries a 4% edge. Now if you come bet and only take 2X odds, your edge on that bet is ONLY .61% – UNDER 1%! So I ask you, do you have to make a bet that costs you 4% or a bet that cost you less than 1%? The answer is obvious – make comebets
