Is anybody going to be in it ?

Sorry to be a little late in putting this reply on the board. Hope you had a fun and successful time in the (I assume) dice tournament.

The ones I have been in there was no buy in. You gather at the table with a pre-determined spot. So you have no idea if you will be able to have your spot SL or SR. During each session of the tournament there are 30 rolls and the session is over and chips are counted. There were 3 sessions over one day in the 2 tournaments I played in. The first person rolls and if he has an 8 roll with his 7 out, the next person rolls and he has 22 rolls left. If he has a 10 roll there are 12 rolls left. This continues until the 30th roll is made. The game stops and the chips are counted. One time the first guy rolled all 30 rolls.

Since this is such a short run situation you can throw out the GTC betting ideas out and make many of the prop bets. In one tournament I was in, on the last roll one guy put his last $50 on the 12, it hit and he won. Crazy.

Just have fun and enjoy the time. Who knows you just might win some money.

Doc. sorry to say I am not in for it . The casino that I play at does not have them any more .It seems that they take a lot of man or should I say dealer power to do .I know that a few of our group at GT have been in them and have won some . The ones I have been in were a lot of fun .You do need to bet different just like other tournaments .
I think MGM has one ever year that if you bet 5.00 on a 11 and hit it you get to inter .
I was hoping to hear from some one that was going .
Some of the shirts that I got were nice . 😀
