The people who mess up should clean up. The city officials have to tell people to clean their yards? And their front lawns? What pigs.

It is outrageous that the very people who destroy the neighborhoods with their filth complain about it. Take a broom and clean for God’s sake. And then GET MARRIED before you have children.

I had a neighbor like that. Finally the town building inspector came to his house and said he would be fined if he didn’t clean up his backyard which literally had garbage all over. I am so happy when that guy and his family moved.
