    To Goddess (my mentor in AC) and to each and every GTC instructor who was there, THANK YOU.

    Much was to be worked on, it’s amazing how well I can play and then have it all go to hell since Sept Primer, but this has brought me to a new level in that I’m now watching what the dice are doing and making adjustments. Goddess sent all of my notes out and I read them every time before practice. I worked in NJ and luckily got home Wed instead of waiting for the horrible weather on Thurs, and have been throwing 100-150 rolls per day, practicing basics then moving on to practicing with chips so that I could keep my promise to Dom to play 100% Come Betting on myself. I’ve had 4 solid rolls in the 20s, many in the teens during practice. I have tracked box vs. 7CE within a hand and had an incredible 19 box in a row.

    Well, today I was practicing well and decided to take it for a spin. I ‘unfortunately’ wanted to stay close to home so went to a watery casino near the big Chicago airport and walked up to an empty table. Straight come betting, sticking to a modified Big Skinny, I rolled 5, 10, 5, 5, 27 with a 4 pt fire, and 14, up almost 3 Ben’s even after throwing 1/2 Ben away on CFers. Straight arm, cleansing breathe, LOOSE GRIP (took enough instructors to get that into my head), a bit of power and a LOWER THROW all worked today.

    Although Rose and Doc did not get to spend too much time with you, it is always a pleasure to hear that the class was so good in improving your game. I know that all the instructors–mentors as well–really work hard and it s gratifying to know that our work was worthwhile. Look forward to seeing you again soon.

    Doc, both you and Rose gave useful advice on Friday. I got something from every instructor by being there for a good chunk of Friday as well as from the class. All of those little things bring the whole thing together!

    Perhaps Tunica AND Vegas!?!?!?!?!

    Like Doc said, when you are a mentor and have your own group to work with, you don’t get a chance to work with the other students much. But it was great meeting you and getting a chance to see you throw. Keep up the good work.

    Doc, meant that perhaps I’ll come to both for perhaps a tune up then video or vice versa! Talked to the wife and she’s interested in coming down to Tunica, maybe after seeing what goes on she’ll take the next step! We were planning on going to Vegas as well, but maybe can do both.

    Im glad to hear the good news HardNine…..we’re gonna kill the table in 2 weeks!

    It really is amazing to have so many instructors who can critique shots the way they do. Its amazing to think that if each instructor gave you only one tip or adjustment to make, thats a dozen changes to your shot to make it better! I know my shot has improved tremendously and its not because of one single instructor but rather taking a little bit from each instructor. That is one of the greatest strengths of the GTC courses and why in my mind the class’s value is worth 10x the cost…(PLEASE DO NOT RAISE THE PRICE 10X!). I Hope to make it out to Vegas in June…we’ll see with work. But until then Good shooting to you all!

    You are a very funny guy Bigdaddy-Revs. I am still laughing from reading your comment.

    To alleviate your concern about price increases I believe you were saying, "The knowledge imparted by the individual instructors far exceeded your expectations. In fact the benefit-cost ratio (BCR) approached the value of 10 making the class an extremely worthwhile and valuable investment."

    Great point Skinny. In addition, would that not imply that BigDaddy has played since and already made 10fold his buy in? Wow, BCR, have you played that well? Hoping to see that next, next weekend! Pressure is on, brother! 😯

    Dear HardNine, I am delighted to hear your practicing is helping. It was a pleasure working with you, and I hope to see you in Vegas. Doing the video on Friday, followed by the refresher on the weekend, can be of tremendous help. Everything picked up on during the video is worked on over the weekend. And don’t forget, you will receive a DVD of the video so you can keep referring to it.

    Reading these success posts is music to all of the GTC Team. We understand the frustration students go through and the doubt that may be in your minds eye. But if you do it our way, practice the perfect way, take a refresher or two and let us refine your toss the success will be there.

    Keep up the good work and keep asking us questions and remember we are always here to help. Just drop any one of us an email and a phone number and we will call you back if that is what you need.
