Gross revenue from VIP-market baccarat in Macau’s casinos decreased to MOP46.7 billion (US$5.84 billion) in the third quarter of this year from MOP54.65 billion in the second quarter, official data show.

The Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau says gross revenue from mass-market baccarat shrunk to MOP27.74 billion from MOP28.03 billion.

Baccarat is the main money-spinner for the city’s casinos.

Their gross revenue from slot machines grew to MOP3.75 billion from MOP3.62 billion.
