For the longest time I have looked for ways to cash in on my craps skill. Betting the 6 and 8 and come betting just wasn’t doing it for me. So I looked at my over 20000 practice rolls and my real time casino play. I realized that I had to be more adventurous based on how I actually performed. This week I put my experiment into practice with excellent results. The 6 and 8 are still in play. When the 5 or 9 is the point, the other number gets a place bet along with the 6 and 8. The same for the 4 and 10. I hit all of these numbers frequently.
Monday afternoon,5 was the point. Before I made it,I hit the 9 six times. I know the sample is really small, but for now I will let it play out. While my losses will be slightly bigger, my wins should be considerably bigger. As they say, only time will tell.

When I am rolling I bet 3 numbers unless the point is 4 or 10 then bet the 6 and 8 .
Some times bet one number on other rollers. If their point is 6 or 8 I bet the other if I like what I see other wise no bets .
Good ROLLING . 🙂

I am using this scheme to choose a third number when possible. If the point is 5, I bet the 6,8 and 9. If point is 9, then 6,8 and 5. Same idea if point is 4 or 10. If point is 5 and I make point, then if next point is 4, I place the 10. So far, I have been very successful with my new plan. I need more rolls to see the long term success rate.

Philham I do exactly the same after tracking may rolls and it has proven out well in betting while practicing and betting while rolling in the casino. I place the 6&8 for either $30 or $60 and regress after the firest hit on either so that those numbers are now covered with the house money. I collect on the 5 & 9 when they hit the first time so they are now house money and press on the next hit. When either the 6 or 8 hit next I place the 4 as my statistice indicate it is worth the bet. I then basically press and pull with the object of getting the 6 & 8 to $90 and the other numbers at least to $50 I will then stop pressing for a few hits then take everything back down to $25 and $30 bets and start over as the roll progresses. I decent roll into the 20’s without a lot of junk numbers and you have put quite a few chips into your rack. Basically if I make the five count with box numbers I am good to go. If I dont the profit from the strategy compensartes.
To me it’s all about the numbers, good tracking and playing to your strengths. Others may have different thoughts that would be worth sharing. I have rolled for a while and am new to now making money on my rolls.

Breeze,
You’ll make more money doing an up a unit until the 7th hit on any particular number than press and pull. See Stickman’s charts.

OMC I agree the up a unit math works out better. I just like knowing where I am at and knowing the I am working on house money while I am putting money in the rack. I have issues with keeping my mind into rolling and betting at the same time and dealing with live casino conditions so the less I have to think about betting the better. This is just something that works well for me.
I should probably get your email address or contact information before my next work trip to Denver. I really enjoy the gold panning up the gorge especially in Central City.
