Smart Craps is a comprehensive program.
The first feature you will use is the Roll Recorder. Here you will enter your roll results. All rolls must use the hardway set. Once you have entered a session, you will transfer the roll information to the Smart Craps main program. Here you will find out if you are, indeed, controlling the dice and to what degree. You will be given the results of three Pro Tests. Pro Test 1 measures your on-axis proficiency. Pro Test 2 measures your primary hit (hardway) proficiency. Finally, Pro Test 3 measures your proficiency in avoiding double pitches.
It is very difficult to pass all three of these tests, but if you do, you can be certain to within 99+ percent that you do control the dice. Also, unlike the SRR which requires tens of thousands of throws to calculate, Pro Tests can be passed in as little as 100 rolls – though extremely few people have done this. The more rolls you have the easier – percentage wise – it becomes to pass the Pro Tests.
Once you have passed at least one Pro Test, Smart Craps can determine your best set for any given betting scenario. For example, you may have one set for placing the 6, another for placing the 8, another for pass / come bets, etc. By specifying to Smart Craps what you plan on betting and the amounts of each bet, Smart Craps determines the optimum set. The more Pro Tests you pass the more accuracy in determining the set.
Smart Craps also tells you exactly what your edge is for any of the bets and sets so you know your edge and can bet into that edge.
Smart Craps is worth many times its cost for these capabilities. But (as the TV commercials state) there is more!
Smart Craps has a powerful simulation engine included in the package. Using shooter criteria such as random, or a specific SRR, or a specific Pro Test profile, – and specific sets, you can simulate results. You can answer questions such as: am I better off placing the 6 and 8 or doing a pass line and 2 come bets, or many other scenarios.
There are many simulations such as these that you can run without knowing programming. However, the flexibility of this program is immensely enhanced by allowing you to program simulations using Visual Basic language. You have the ultimate flexibility to simulate anything you can state in mechanical terms. You can simulate what happens if you bet on every third shooter who rolls three 6’s before throwing a 3, or any other such esoteric scheme.
Any system that relies on observation of the dice, shooters (random, SRR, or ProTest), count of events, etc. can be programmed. As this relates to SN’s system, you can program anything that can be stated about the dice or history of rolls or history of a particular shooter. You can not, obviously, base your simulation on the shooters weight or height, or base it on a hunch you may have. You can change your betting based on number of shots without a particular number or any other such criteria.
As an illustration, a friend asked be to simulate a particular system based on a fibonacci progression. This progression is an up as you lose progression where you bet the sum of the previous two bets every time you lose and start over whenever you win. My friend told me he has made tons of money using the system. I ran the simulation using no limits. In other words, no matter how many times you lose, you have enough bankroll and table limit to make the next bet.
I was amazed as I watched the result accumulate – a consistent 103.4% edge! That is more than doubling your money consistently! This went on for over 90,000 rolls. At slightly over 96,000 rolls, the program ended on an overflow. OK so the program isn’t perfect. It overflowed because the bets was over 2 BILLION dollars – starting at $3.
That’s right. This random shooter was on a 90+ roll. To me this answered the question about how many rolls is long term.
The answer – a lot!
To sum up, Smart Craps is a fantastic program. It tells you if you have an edge and what it is with better than 99% certainty. It gives you your optimum set. It allows you to simulate virtually any system of betting that can be mechanically stated.
In short – get Smart Craps as a potent tool in your arsenal.
