Hello everyone
First off …..thanks to everyone that gave me advice in a previous topic
Dice came in MUCH better — & got better results. All of the hours on the practice rig helped especially when combined with the advice received. I solely used a finger-tip grip that helped the rotation and small backswing that limited the energy.
Some of the highlights of the weekend:
I hit a 4-point fire bet (7 points in total) — about a 30-35 roll
I had two 3-point rolls — maybe in the 20’s roll-wise
I did a 5-point roll that would have been $1,250 on the fire, except that casino (the new one at the North end) DOES NOT have the fire bet — about a 25-30 roll
Lowlights:
Had only 2 Point-7’s which compared to the past few weeks, was a BIG improvement
MOST IMPORTANTLY — I got my confidence back and ready to hit AC again soon !!!

I looked for "careful shooters" but I did not see any.

If I stayed any longer, there’s ABSOLUTELY no way that I’d be able to concentrate on my shooting because the visual distractions are too much to take at my age (49); plus, that place has the best drinks in AC …. it becomes a lethal combination for me as a shooter

I was at the "Cocktails and Cash" party at Ovation Hall at that time.
You are right about the distractions there. I am around your age and I envy those young guys.
