Havent post in very long time, recently started to play somewhere and the table is much bouncier then my table at home, i would like any suggestions what to put on my landing zone at my home table to change the bounce. either a piece of wood with felt and underpadding i can remove or just laying something over my felt thanks in advance!

I’ve learned to avoid them or play so little $$$ on them, that they’re "tolerable"

Just my two cents. I can’t see any harm in practicing that way at home for bouncy table conditions but I would record a few thousand numbers to see if I really had an advantage before I would take that toss to a casino with a bouncy table.

They teach you how to very your shot for multiple conditions in the advanced class.
Are you ready for the advanced class?
If you are not ready for it then why are you trying to learn something you are not ready for, if you are take the class it will teach you the fundamentals of adjusting your shoot for many conditions.
First and foremost master the basics first you know hit the wall tip the crew have fun.

I cut up an old tee shirt and lay it flat under the whole 1/4 side or the table where the dice land. This seems to produce a livelier effect.
However, if I have to play under conditions where I have to practice with a piece of foam under the felt, I’m fairly certain that these will not be good conditions to play under as the dice will bounce off the bounce. Meaning that the table is like a trampoline. With just the tee shirt under the felt, I get bit of a bounce but the dice have a true directional bounce. But with a piece of foam under the felt, it will re-direct the dice in a whole other direction on the first bounce, then when it hits the felt again on the 2nd bounce, it will re-direct direction again. These conditions are not playable. I hope I was able to give you a visual on that.
If you are on a manageable table with a little more bounce than our great GTC tables, I may make my shot a little lower than a standard shot just to take out some of the energy when the dice hit. A lower shot will push the dice forward whereas a higher shot will have more of a tendency to splatter and yaw sideways.
