We are in the middle of the Open House on Friday. It could not be going better. So many students and former students have some by. So great to meet new people and renew friendships. The Elite Video is going great as well as is Mr. Finesse’s tune ups. Can’t wait for the weekend class as the students show so much spirit for advantage play craps .

Got too meet most of the instructors today. Had my grip adjusted and it feels so much better already in just a few hours of practice. Looking forward to the next two days… Ted

Just My two cents. For PIT BOSS and the other cheese steak lover try Tony Boloney’s It is a little hole in the wall pizzeria near Revel. Ask for Cheese steak OLE’.

Also try a slice called "ShitFaced". Strange name for a great slice

Bobby gave me a tune-up today. Very beneficial. I must shorten my backswing and slow, slow it down.
As usual, Mr. Finesse was very thorough and his explanation and reasoning were right on target. All that
remains is PRACTICE MY Grip and practice, practice, practice and I am on my way to Carnegie Hall.

Hey everyone,

Took Tune Up with Bob today, just like always, it was awesome! If you have never taken one, You need to take one. The cost is not that bad and it is well!!!! worth it. Taken my second advance class this weekend. Can’t wait, it is always so much fun!

The open house is really cool. Just a lot of fun to be around and have the instructors work with you. They all are so willing to help. Just really cool thing they do for free!

GTC is a first Class organization!

Awesome Job Dom!!!!

I worked with BTK and Daryl today, taking notes for the video elite students. It is absolutely amazing what small problems can be detected on the video, and how quickly they can be worked on before the second video. If you are having any difficulties with your toss, and have not had the video, you really should consider it. The results are astounding.

Hello to all,

Just finished my first day of the refresher. I felt a little discuraged at the beginning today but by the end of the day it is coming together much better with notice able improvement according to Nick at Nite. I came yesterday early and to the Meet and Greet. The GTC staff was so very generous with the individual help and time working with me at the various stations. So So Awsome :-). Looking forward to tomorow.

Well, one thing great about being close enough to comute back and forth to the class is I have plenty of time to practice (without using money yet). Already seen a major improvement in my throw. Just took a break after a hundred rolls. One stretch I threw 5 hardway #’s in a row! Can’t wait til tomorrow. And really like the idea of another AC class in september. I’m trying to get 2 of my friends to take the class and will most likely return for another round as well. See everyone tomorrow.

Jason M…..P.S. you old guys ain’t so bad 😉 now that i got the chance to take my foot outta my mouth

Did the video elite with NFF, BTK and Nick. It’s like having my own spring training. It was a great session. We built on previous knowledge. They knew me and my toss. I had already taken classes. This was fine tuning at its best. All good. Now I just need to practice more. One tip from finess about finger placement fixed my dica wobble. But the best was just to see everyone and feel comfortable among friends who share a passion. Hope we do this again in sept. Congrats to all who took their first class. You are on your way. Some call it a journey. I call it an adventure. Enjoy your adventure.

It’s always great to see the students improvement from day 1 to day 2. This entire class is eager to learn and practice, so it’s a pleasure to teach them. Those who came on Friday to have their throws looked at, or primers who got an initial exposure on Friday, seemed to improve even more quickly. The Open House is a terrific way to get a head start on the class.

So I wanted to say thank you to Dom and the entire GTC team for inviting me onto this journey with them. Like I said, it was really nice being on the other side of the table. But For me, it was like taking another refresher class, because I personally got so much out of the weekend. It was nice to go around the room and visit with all the instructors and listen to what they were saying to my students. Thank you again and I look so forward to continuing with you guys.

What a great bunch of students. They learned extremely quick and will be a force the casinos will fear.

As usual an advanced student did not win the no sevens contest—the primer and refresher students were that good.

Rose and Doc look forward to seeing eveny one soon.

What an amazing time. Unbelievable!!! The best part is seeing the students progress from Day 1 to Day 2 and then to hear the stories at the tables. I wouldn’t trade this job in for the world – it’s so much fun…

Thanks to all of the students for making this a hugh success and thanks to all of GTC colleagues.

Louis and I had a great time in AC. Good seeing all the instructors again as well as some long lost friends. The Advanced class was great and came in handy Tuesday afternoon when we had to make some adjustments on a ROCK hard table! At the end of the session was able to dig my way out of the a $250 hole. 😛

Hats off to the GTC team for the excellent job in AC!

I must apologize for not posting the entire weekend on the live blog but every time I had an opportunity someone else was on the computer.

This class in AC was fantastic, we had great students at all levels and everyone who took one of the specialty class showed tremendous improvement.

Lookingh forward to our next class in Memphis April 26 & 27.
