Well I went on a 2 day short trip and had a couple of real nice rolls. The longest and best, I did not count but when I started the hand I had about 300 in the rack, and when I was done, I hit the 4 to fire and was on the 5th number when I 7 out. I took the dice once more and had a short roll. Color up and I had 2085! I was playing nothing but come bets, 5 flat with 50 odds. Never pressed just because I was so into the roll I did not want to break my rhythm and 50 odds seems to be what I am comfortable with, more and it messes with me, LOL. I had come bets on every number and never threw a come out 7. I go out 2 come bets and a PL bet until I get 3 collections then just start going out on more numbers from there.
The next night I get on a table that has the typical big money don’t player. This table was extremely “cold” everyone was point and out or maybe 2 or 3 rolls and out. This Don’t player has about 2000 in his rack. So my first time with the dice hit a few come out 7 that I set for and established a point of 6. I noticed that don’t player did not bet much at all look like around 60 or so. Then I hit my 6, then I had my next point was 5. Then I notice he was not betting at all. Someone asked him at the end of the table why he was not betting, I could hear him tell someone that the way I was handling the dice, he does not like to bet against someone who does that. Interesting I thought most people are clueless. So, I made a couple of more points and 7 out. Then the dice travel around and Don’t player is raking it in. I get the dice back, and he does not bet and I made a couple of points and 7 out. So then I ask for a comp and go get dinner. I tell you all that to tell you this. About 6 hours later I go back to the same table.
Mr. Don’t player is still there and has about 7 to 8 grand in front of him. He is on the end of the table opposite of SL1. I walked up and my spot was open and there were only like 4 people on the table. I asked the dealer how things were going and he just shook his head and said “Louis, it’s horrendous see the don’t player, (that’s when I noticed his chips) the whole table is playing don’t now. They ran everyone off, LOL. I said “well I take the dice a couple of times and see what happens.”
So I get the dice and notice the Don’t player is betting against me now. I always seem to like that, LOL. Any way I made 3 points and about 7 collections, pretty nice roll. The dice go around and a cf’ er has a pretty good roll as well. Next, I get the dice back and I can tell Don’t player has about 4 to 5 k in front of him.
So I throw a couple of come out sevens (setting for) and then I establish a point of 6. Don’t player loads up looks like about a few black chips. I quickly hit the 6 again. Then I establish a 10 for my point. I had hit the 10 a lot during this trip, that seemed to be my signature number a bunch during my rolls. So Don’t player loads up! Put’s about 1000, on the lay. So, I get in my stance soon as I start my back swing, he slams his hand on the end of the table, loudly. I throw and hit a box number. I am thinking to myself, wow, this is the first time anyone has done this to me. So I am still like ok buddy let’s play! LOL. So the next time I get the dice, I get in my stance start my back swing, he moves his hands and slams the table, then as the dice hit the table he starts banging on the end of the table as they are coming off the back wall like 5 or 6 times. It was a box number. But this pissed me off, so I didn’t know if that was even allowed, was there a rule against that? I just have not seen that. I have seen the don’t who roots for the seven etc, but waiting til the dice hit the table and banging trying to shake table or create vibration’s?
So as soon as he did that I looked at the stick person and said “is that guy allowed to do bang on the table while my dice are in the air and bouncing on the table? I said very calmly. The stick was like aaahhhh I don’t think so, LOL, she looked at the box person and box person looked at her, and she said no it’s not allowed. So, I get in my stance freakin my adrenalin is pumping so much I am almost shaking. LOL it was now officially me vs him! So again, I throw the dice and he starts his banging and a box number rolled. The Box and stick person said to him, Sir “please don’t bang on our table” He gave me the evil stare! So, sure enough the next couple of rolls I hit my four, and everyone knew it by my excitement. So the next point I established happened to be the 4 to fire number and it was a 9. Don’t player puts 3k on it. I am guess it was close that because it was stack of black right in the middle of the don’t pass area. It was a tower, lol. Was not in my landing zone but visually it was distracting. The dealer and stick and box person all were begging me to hit the 9! After every roll, please hit the 9. I wish I could say I hit the nine and busted the don’t but it was not to be. I 7 out about or 7 rolls later. It was a nice hand for me though.
So the next few rolls around the table are ok, and then a CF’er gets the dice and has a really nice hand. He made 3 points and got on the 4 th number it was a 4. Don’t player goes all in about 2-3 k on the lay. And he hit the 4. Table erupted and Mr. Don’t left with no chips. CF’er went onto get on the 5th number and 7 out. Now, I don’t normally care how people bet, whether the don’t or the pass. I mean both bets are with the casino, not me, but I just did not like what this particular guy did. Although, he made it fun! So, has this happened to anyone else? Where you play, would they allow someone to bang on the table like that? I wander what DOM would have done in that situation? LOL. I think I know! I mean I don’t know if him banging on the table would have an effect on the dice, but I think it certainly could. He was not doing that to anyone else. And by his earlier comments, before dinner, I think he thought it would affect it. So all in all it was a good trip, I did not have much luck in other games, but thanks to craps, I came home a winner! Looking forward to AC a few weeks!
