My son and daughter in law decided to go to the SBC casinos last Sat night. I was invited but Sat night was not the time for me to try to play. I told him the tables would be full and they would have a hard time getting there spots. They arrived at the first casino and all was full but one 25 dollar table, which was empty. His normal spread on his roll is 10 pass line w/ 30 odds, and place the 6 and 8 for 30 each( 1 dollar tip for dealers). 100 dollar spread. He decided to try the 25 dollar table and risk the additional 15 dollars. He had a couple of money making rolls and left with a profit. moving on to another casino, trying to find something more to his comfort level. the next casino had 2 tables open but were full.
Out the door to another casino, this time to a very popular new place, with very bouncy tables. ( I won’t play there) He had had a good roll there in the past, but he has advanced since then and knows how his dice are supposed to react when they land. His comments were my dice were together, my throw was the same as the other casino, but my dice would bounce wildly, I felt as if I had no control.
One hand, lost a little and out the door. He is ready for a refresher class now, and on his way to becoming an advantage player.
