When NF Five gave me my memory stick in Vegas I stuck it in my pocket. When I got home, I could not find it, looked everywhere, thought I gave it to MillieH, maybe my computer case, etc. A week passed and I came home, it was laying on my table. I asked my wife where she found it, she said in the dryer. it had rolled around in the clothes dryer for a week.
Stuck it in my computer, preparing to throw it away and it worked perfectly. I would have lost that bet !

FYI. It doesn’t work for all of them. Had the same experience with the missing stick in the dryer but no luck on install. I have been surprisingly successful with a set of ear buds. Win some you lose some.
