Craps

My next trip to the casino is going to be big or go home

Spread the love

I have always played on the craps tables with very little money. Next trip it will be different. I will beat them bad on my next trip. I am going to come home with thousands in my pocket and I will write to you’ll on what takes place. Wish me luck!

Don’t take the whole wad… Do you have a 401-g amount that can sustain you? This game is long term… Not a one time casino beating… You need a buffer for the potential beating they could take on you. Preparation and patience will win out in the long run. As Bman says… What is your SRR and do you have thousands of practice rolls to prove it? Best of luck, but be prepared!

Griz certainly has the right idea. If you blow your entire 401G you are dead in the water. Play for the long run. Anything can happen in the short run. Remember the Casinos do not win from every player every time. If that were true no one would bother to go. It is their small percentage on every bet (excluding the odds bet) that grinds down the player over time. If you play long enough you will lose everything—unless you can create an advantage counting cards or having a controlled craps throw and you bet correctly, you may lose in the short run.

The beautiful Alligator Rose and I use this method. First of all, on any give trip we only take 1/3 of our 401G and leave the other 2/3’s at home. She gets a small part of the amount we take and Doc gets the same amount. The rest goes into the room safe or a safety deposit box in the cashier cage.

We bet about 1% of the amount we take with us. Very conservative. This is a personal choice that works for us.

Just be aware that when you try for a one time big kill you may be the one that gets killed.

Just our $.02 worth.

Eagle eye,
One man’s very little money , is another man’s fortune.
JBW and I have seen our 401g’s increased over the last few months. We are ready to increase our
bets to the next level, but every time we try to bet BIG money we mentally can’t handle it.

We have increased our bets a little bit, but once we get our money back we press very aggressively.
We bet more on the 6 and 8 instead of spreading out. We 5 count each other and use The Big Skinny
always, at least our version of it. We have 3 dollar tables and ten times odds so TBS is perfect for us.

If you are really going to do this. Stand tall. Be calm. Think smooth. Trust your throw and good luck.

I say you can do it just remember not to lose the ranch. If you guys are ahead then you are playing on the casino’s money and keep that in your head to stay calm and press after you get you grub stake back in the chip rack.

Good Luck! Can’t wait to hear how well we two did.

Break a leg Eagle Eye!

Any thoughts on what you are going to do differently the next time?

I plan on putting up $210.00 on eight after I hit the six on the come out roll. Should pay $252.00 for each hit. Then hit them with 3 come bets with maximum odds. I usually hit the 6 or 8 on the comeout roll. Every so often I hit the nine or five on come out roll. No matter what, I’m going up heavy on the six and eight. Lately, I tend to pound them out. Last trip to the casino, I hit the six and eight so many times it had people talking. Even the table personnel said that they have never seem so many six and eight’s shot one after the other (hard and regular mixed). This is the plan, but if I don’t see things going my way I will have to abort from the plan. If the dice fall right, I’ll walk with alot of money.

please make the play on the 8 150 or 180 or210 but not 200.

It is the improper amount it will slow down the game because the dealers will struggle with the pay out and it raises the house edge on the 6 and 8 edge up because you have two dollars getting paid at even money not 7 to 6.

Just some help so you have the best chance to kill them possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eagle eye I suggest that you do so practicing with chips . You will learn that the dealers job is not that easy and you will learn the pay offs .
Bman can tell most of the dealers when they make a mistake vary quickly . But when you bet that 200.00 on the 6 or 8 a good dealer will tell you the better bet were as some will just let you bet it .
They are there to give you a big head and I am sure they have seen many rolls with lots of 6s and 8s unless you were getting into a roll over 100 .Not to say that you did en have a great roll. But the distraction is still there when telling you.
I wish you the best in your quest.
Just don’t worry that you are going to hurt them .Relax and have fun WINNING. I saw a lady come to the table that I was playing on one time and I looked at the color of her chips and did not see them before . So I started looking at were they were in the box area. I found them setting in the middle of all the chips . I asked the dealer if she plays craps a lot .He said that she just won 27,000.00 on roulette and wanted to try craps . The dealers were telling her how to bet .
Myself I have never colored up for the kind of chips she was betting .
Hope you make it to that color of chips on your bets .
Good Rolling.

The pay is 233.00 for your 200.00. For 4.00 more you will get 5.00 -238.00.
When you hit it what will you do? Since you have been thinking of this you should know by now . It would be good to do this betting in practice before you go to casinos for real $$$$.
Bman is right about your bet slowing the game . Also it will slow the game if you don’t know what you are going to do when you hit it . All dealers don’t know the pay offs for odd bets . Some don’t know the pay offs for big bets too . Think of it this way make it easy for you and it will be easy for them .
Most know the up a unite way and do it fast .After a little while a good dealer will know what you want to do IF you don’t change your way of betting think about that . It may help in the long run or long roll .
Hope you get to the orange chips .
i WOULD ASK FOR A LITTLE HELP ON WHAT THE NEXT BET WOULD BE .
O on that 210 bet you would get 245 so I would think you would rack the 35 but that is not my bet it is yours to do ??????.
Good Rolling. 😀 😀

I have been practicing my shot for the last 3 days. I shoot approximately 1 hour a day. Tonight’s practice wasn’t to good. Just practicing for now. I want to beat them bad just one time! I am tired of everyone else winning alot of money and I only walk away with a few hundred dollars. My last trip some woman in the hook was down to her last $300-$400 dollars and when I was finished shooting she had 4 racks of green. I just get mad at myself for not betting heavy when I am doing really good. I do have bad days and lose money like everyone else. I have something to prove to myself. No one else.

P.S. I don’t know of any skilled shooters in my area. Please e-mail me or private message me.

Well, I have been practicing a little each day and now we are at the end of October. I don’t feel I am ready to hit the casino’s just yet. I have been working on one thing at a time while practicing. Less movement in my backward motion on one day. Good follow through in the movement next day. Landing into a rectangular cup with dices on another day. Just to name a few things I’ve been working on at practice. If anyone has any intelligent information which may be informative in perfecting a toss please feel free to write.
